Very spacious, comfortable and clean room, superb location surrounded by malls. Buffet breakfast was great! Good service!

My kids loved our stay at Novotel Hotel., my daughter even asked me when will we coming back to stay at Novotel again and she want to stay forever😅. Breakfast is amazing and for kids to be free of charge (below 11yo) is 🙌🏻👌🏻👍🏻🫰❤️ my parents enjoy the breakfast buffet as well. Overall Service is great.

It’s very convenient if going to concert at araneta coliseum, walk in 2 mins. But be mindful in the morning the noise of the crowd could be really loud. Couldn’t sleep well! All the others facility is good.

We had a great experience.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff graciously allowed early check-in at no extra cost. They even upgraded us to an Executive Room to accommodate our preference for a higher floor. We truly appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake and the approval for a late check-out since our kids slept in. Our toddler enjoyed the free access to the Kids Club, and the kids had a great time at the well-maintained pool. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had! A perfect wedding anniversary staycation filled with family fun. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

Chose the hotel for the location. Service was great: they noticed that a friend was celebrating their birth that week and they sent a birthday cake to the room unprompted. Expected a bigger pool and amenities area but it did the job.

Rooms are already outdated. Need to call just to have TV fixed. Exhaust not working in toilet. Not good value for money. Doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Even location is not 100% utilize for you still need to walk outside just to go the nearby hotel. B Hotel offers more value for money for same Superior Twin Room

The hotel was accommodating and very clean. Rooms were comfy. Our highlight was the yummy buffet breakfast.

We checked in on Christmas day. I was just disappointed with the check-in process. The front desk did not inform us that the room was unavailable at that moment. She just let us stand there for 20 minutes. When we ask to process it fast coz I am with my mother who is a senior citizen then they just gave us the access card without any orientation about their facilities. They dont even say sorry. The breakfast is mostly processed food.

Good hotel with spacious bathrooms but could have a bit more privacy with locks. When we first arrived, the blinds for the bathroom was not working/stuck so had fo call reception about it. They fixed it but took some time. It would have been better if it was checked after every guest. Breakfast is great with so much variety. Location is convenient with malls and shops around but can be very busy.

I stayed at the Novotel hotel because it is conveniently located next door to Smart Araneta Coliseum (see picture).

The room is good and clean, but one thing needs improvement: all hotels in Manila now have smart TVs but our room is still use hdmi, The ironing board is broken, but overall, the experience is highly recommended.
