Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.

Well done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer

Had a nice overall stay here. Super love how the guard would always smile at me whenever I'm going in or out the lobby. Staff are also nice, but some just don't really greet me so I felt like they don't care about their guests or just me (Lol)
Regarding the room, I booked a standard twin bed room and the space is just perfect and comfortable. It has a dinette, a dresser, cabinets, and smart TV. Aircon also works well. The cr comes with cold and hot water. The hot water tho takes a lot of time before heating up. Toothbrush, slippers, bottled waters and soaps are complimentary.
Lastly, the breakfast, it's free so I don't have much expectation about it, but it's delicious regardless. But if you're stomach isn't for rice in the morning, they don't have much options as substitute.

Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel.
Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

La ubicación era buena por la razón por la que viajaba. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, también estaba conectado con el Galleria Mall y a una corta distancia a pie del gigante SM Mega Mall. El personal era amable y servicial (como debe ser) y el buffet de desayuno era el típico (aunque evita los pasteles ya que estaban muy secos). Las habitaciones no son modernas. Los muebles parecían ser de principios de los 2000 o finales de los 90, por lo que no eran tan bonitos como me hubiera gustado. Probablemente lo principal que no me gustó fue el olor extraño en la habitación. No estaba mal, solo un olor a humedad viejo que era constante. También maté una pequeña cucaracha en la mesa auxiliar. No es un gran problema para mí, pero puede ser un problema para otros viajeros. El gimnasio (con buenos y abundantes equipos) y la piscina se comparten con el Holiday Inn de al lado. El Crowne Plaza está bien, y lo recomendaría, pero es un lugar antiguo y algunas partes se sienten como un establecimiento de 3 estrellas.

Desde el desayuno buffet en CASA donde nos estaban alojando muy cerca por el personal y check-in en nuestro bebé de vez en cuando para asegurarse de que está disfrutando de su comida al personal del escritorio que hizo su mejor para proporcionarnos todas nuestras necesidades durante nuestro ¡Quédate (especialmente el baño de bebé!). ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Regresaremos!

El hotel está muy bien situado para utilizar el transporte público, ya que está muy cerca del parada de la “North Avenue” de MRT3 (que es actualmente el parada final en la línea MRT3, que conduce desde allí hacia el sur a lo largo de la autopista EDSA). Otra línea de transporte público, LRT1, también puede llegar a pie, sólo que la estación más cercana “Roosevelt” se cerró a finales de noviembre/al principio de diciembre de 2021, por lo que tomará un tiempo para caminar más lejos hasta la parada final de la línea, “Balintawak”. En la actualidad se está construyendo una nueva línea cerca del hotel, que creo que se denominará MRT7, dando aún más conexiones con el transporte público (al este, fuera de Quezon City / Metro Manila). A veces he oído ruido de noche desde el exterior, a unos 30 minutos a pie del Parque Ninoy Aquino, un lugar tranquilo con animales y lugares para picnic, o simplemente descansar del ruido de la ciudad. UUsuario invitadoEl lugar es agradable, pero no tiene suficiente estacionamiento. Está cerca de algunas comodidades como tiendas. El propio cuarto es muy agradable y limpio, pero no hay animales de compañía. Se sirvió para lo que necesito hacer en Manila. Seca costosa para un hotel medio. Nos fuimos temprano en lugar de quedarnos un día extra porque terminamos con un perro que nos fue dado inesperadamente y no nos permitirían llevarlo a nuestra habitación por al menos la noche desde que nos vamos el día siguiente. No serían tan amables que nos dejamos y pagamos por una noche extra por nada porque no lo reembolsarán.

UUsuario invitadoHere are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

FFayneWe initially booked an overnight stay in a 1 bedroom deluxe room, but since we trully enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend another night! 😀 We were so deligjted and satisfied with the room and the service - from the quick early check-in process, to the cleanliness and spacious room provided, to the pool amenities up to the sumptous and hearty meal (breakfast) that was served! What’s even more satisfying was the completeness of the amenties in the room especially the kitchen stuff! The staffs were also nice and attentive. When we requested for additional or replenishments of amenities, they have attended to it real FAST! Requests were attended in like 5-10minutes only! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and we will surely be back to this hotel! 😊

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

UUsuario invitadoLooking for a place during this pandemic is quite difficult and cautious. Checking in at this hotel is very good. They observe every means to get the residents protected by installing hand sanitizers inside the elevator and of course upon entering. The use of facemask is enforced. Plus, the hotel staff is welcoming and always showing smiling faces. Will certainly check in at this hotel again.

EEnrique FacundoI really enjoyed the overall service and amenities of this hotel. The staff all the way from the doorway greeted us with their warmest smiles which is really heartwarming. They made sure every moment of our stay was well catered. They were very kind and one of the security personnel lent us an umbrella when we went out for a stroll which was totally above and beyond. I would really recommend this hotel.

Nos alojamos en la Suite 1, muy buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos. Me gustó el salón adicional junto a la cama con un sofá cómodo, muy relajante. La cama es cómoda. Me alegro de que haya un secador de pelo. El pequeño refrigerador es útil para mantener frescos los jugos embotellados y las frutas que compré.
Soy filipino, disfruté del desayuno gratuito, las opciones son adecuadas. El personal en el comedor donde se sirve el desayuno es muy servicial y atento. Noté que un miembro del personal en particular ”Miel” era el nombre de la persona, nunca dejó de trabajar, limpiando la mesa, barriendo, siempre está allí cuando se necesita ayuda, ¡muy recomendable!
El aire acondicionado, que es un modelo antiguo de Panasonic, es bastante ruidoso, pero para ser justos, enfría la habitación muy rápido. El televisor mostraba íconos de Apple TV, YouTube, Netflix, etc., pero no está conectado a Internet, por lo que es inútil. Solo funcionan los canales locales.
Hay una piscina en el segundo piso, pero el agua no parece estar limpia.
En general, mi pareja y yo estuvimos contentos con nuestra estadía. Recomendaré el Hotel Dreamworld a mis amigos y, si tuviera la oportunidad de estar en la misma zona, me hospedaría allí nuevamente. Gracias por su hospitalidad.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
