Very cute hotel in the heart of Qingdao, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. As a gift, we were offered the better room, than we ordered. I would like to stay here once again!

The location is great where attraction are nearby each other. But the staff that is handling our check in was abit unprofessional where she keep insisting we did not have a reservation with them and the attitude was not pleasant. Glad there is another staff came to help the situation. The room was fine but there is a bad smell coming out from the toilet. Overall, it is fine for the money we paid for it.

Great location in the old city center and very clean! Enjoyed a lot and would recommend others to stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean and big room

Stayed here before but when it had first opened. Little disappointed to see its not being kept to its full potential. Room smelt on drains and the bathroom sink kept leaking and flooding the area outside the toilet.

The location of the hotel was fantastic if you want to walk around the lively alleyways near the church. Beds were soft, the hotel was clean and smelled amazing! We would stay here again!

Good location and near Qingdao Railway Station...nice rooms!

Hotel is very nice, very clean, position is perfect for people who coming in Qingdao because is close to almost all tourist spots, bar streets… We only have one small problem, last day no hot water in bathroom. Hotel staff immediately offered new room, but we checked few room and also no hot water. They was very nice, kindly apologized and gave us some small gifts. So it is very nice and cozy hotel and I will go there for sure again.

the hotel is very well located, walking distance from many places, even from the train station. There was a street food market right in the street of the hotel, and we were worried we wouldn't be able to sleep at night but luckily it finished early and it was really quiet during night time. We arrived early than the check in time, and they let us go to our room and take a rest, so nice! Room was big and clean, everything was new. The only problem, the staff didn't speak any English so unless your chinese is good or u have a chinese friend , communications is kinda hard. But they were really nice and always trying to help, so it's a plus!

Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте. Рядом пешеходные улицы старого города, церковь и другие достопримечательности, всё в пешей доступности. Гостиница очень уютная, очень отзывчивый персонал. Единственный минус - есть недочёты по техническому состоянию некоторых номеров: у нас протекала душевая кабина, одна из кушеток была сломана (ее нужно либо заменить, либо нормально починить, смотрите фото). В целом, впечатления от гостиницы хорошие.

從地鐵中山站出來，已被四週的古建築氛圍驚喜到，世御酒店很近，它的百年建築很有味道很好看，簡單美麗，處處都是打卡位。接待殷勤有禮，我們好靜，小姐姐特意帶我們看一樓和二樓的房間，沿途介紹酒店。房間清潔衛生，裝修精美，電視機很大，外賣能送到房間門口。真心覺得性價比很高，會推薦給朋友👍🏼

住的榻榻米房間，實在驚喜，小朋友喜歡的不得了。位置很方便，教堂，棧橋，青島站步行一會兒就能到。而且還在街區 晚上用餐方便，各種小吃。下次來，還是會選這裏。

設施：整體不錯，衹是制熱器出現了少少問題，但店員有效地解決 衞生：整體不錯 環境：非常棒，晚上非常安靜，地理位置也非常的好，一出門就是大鮑島文化休閑中心 服務：非常好，非常有禮貌，非常貼心 早餐也很不錯，足夠飽！離地鐵站非常近，去，哪裡都方便

房間舒適，空間大。大窗户，房間採光很好。 位置在中山路地鐵站附近，交通便利。 離教堂很近，早起走去棧橋喂海鷗也超級方便。 很適合旅遊居住，推薦推薦！！！
