地點離地鐵延安三路比較近，出門就是海邊，沒有訂到海景陽台房稍微有點小遺憾，但是不妨礙我要誇誇前台帥哥，有問必答，還有旅遊攻略，這次旅遊是來參加青島馬拉松，青島的海風讓我沉醉，這家酒店讓我有了下次再來的沖動！
美中不足：房間略小，涼拖建議男士的再大一些本人 43 碼的腳穿不進去一點
可能是老房子，隔音效果一般，但是熱水很給力
再次誇誇前台帥哥，服務太周到了，強力推薦！每天可以來前台誇天喝咖啡！下次再來！

太棒了！
位置很好，出小門就到海灘。環境很美！酒店佈置美式復古風，特別出彩，拍照打卡很美。
早餐簡單，西式餐食，味道很好。
房間擺設也很喜歡，住的很愜意。
服務熱情，態度友善。特別是前台那位帥哥，文質彬彬，彬彬有禮，臉上有笑容，眼中有光芒。讓旅途勞頓的人立刻精神起來，估計會是許多小姑娘的心中男神。謝謝你的友愛。
期待下次再來，細細品味。

環境：環境位置我給滿分，超近海邊，交通也相對很方便了
衞生：大部分都還行，就是窗簾感覺不太乾淨了，陽台的紗窗門也有點臟，不過還行，畢竟是海邊，也正常
服務：滿分服務！很熱情！但是不過頭！還會貼心給旅遊建議！很nice！
設施：房間不太大，陽台很不錯，就是衞生間垃圾桶我建議換一個，帶蓋的很麻煩，還有通往陽台的門那邊有個櫃子喝床之間太近了，經常被床腳撞到，行李箱也不太好放進去
總體很不錯的！很推薦，去哪裡都方便

第一次住民宿，很是驚喜～
首先是環境很安靜臨近海邊出門即是大海～應了那句面對大海春暖花開
房間很整潔，温馨，小細節凸顯用心至深
一應設施非常齊全，讓我帶的一些東西無用武之地
住的是半海景房間，陽台可以看到大海，輪渡，聽到海鷗和大海的聲音，非常喜歡輪渡鳴笛聲，像是來自大海深處的低語～
服務也是非常的貼心了，會提前加羣，一應需求基本都會滿足～
下次再來青島還會光顧的～🎉☺️

小別墅環境特別好！交通便利，出門就是海邊。最主要的是老闆人特別好，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，會提前溝通，告知前往路線，每天前台都會有免費的咖啡紅茶提供，因為我是孕婦我們選的淡季錯峯出行，老闆還給免費升級了房間，房間陽台正對海邊，風景絕佳！老公也説下次再來青島還要住他家，看的出是非常滿意了！

酒店裝潢很好，很親切的感覺；出門就是海邊步道，走路去五四廣場或八大關沿路也是亮麗的風景線；前台服務人員態度十分好，除了提供旅遊攻略還有免費的美式咖啡提供，另外酒店的早餐也十分不錯！距延安三路地鉄站也就十分鐘內的路程，去其他景點十分方便，強烈推薦入住！

先上總結，這是一個裝修形似七八年前流行的美式家庭旅館，地理位置好，風景不錯。內裏裝潢也算得上用心細節滿滿，但確實有些舊了。服務模式有待商榷。
衞生：床鋪ok，桌面沙發也沒問題。衣櫃裏東西放得很亂，所以雖然裏面有浴袍但我根本不敢用。廁所垃圾桶有一張用過的紙巾。
設施：統一空調新風系統做得不錯。洗漱用品都是沒見過的牌子，不是酒店專門店的定製logo。牙刷牙膏挺舒服的。吹風機是理髮店那種，風力熱力十足。電視外觀很老沒打開看。
服務：提前微信主動聯繫了，告知晚上十一點左右入住。前台有個小哥在等。我沒有箱子但有一個tote包放行李，還有一個小tote包放電腦。小哥完全沒問要不要幫我拿東西，引導着我爬樓梯上了三樓。（入住時被告知早餐衹能選擇8:00，8:30，9:00，9:30，可以送上門）
最後一個晚上，我詢問前台姐姐，明早十點的飛機，我幾點出門合適。兩人商討一番，確定七點半出發剛好。然後⬇️
我説：“麻煩早飯提前做了，辛苦你們。蔬菜和水煮蛋可以不弄，我不吃，也是浪費。水果隨便弄塊哈密瓜就行。”
前台姐姐説：“主要是煎肉比較久，牛排培根什麼的。”
我回復：“原來這是牛排..？那辛苦你早起了。”
前台姐姐：“我明早早點起來給你弄上。”
我就上樓睡覺了。
第二天早上我也6:30就起床了，7:00收拾好在房間坐等。7:15我發表情包詢問情況，回覆説早餐在做了。7:30我等不下去了就自行下了樓。7:31發消息説我要走。7:32前台姐姐出現，跟我説“不用這麼著急”（後來她説是為了安慰我）。我就在那裡很不爽的等，但心想人家都做了我就至少吃兩口尊重一下。結果7:37的時候給我端了一個跟圖1一模一樣的完整早餐………..後續就看聊天記錄吧。
服務很“周到”，堅持上了完整的早餐。態度也很好，及時認錯，後面用呲牙笑的表情和顧客拉近關係。但我個人確實是不喜歡這樣的服務模式。
去過的同類型美式家庭賓館，服務是以顧客需求為主，顧客想跟你拉近關係，工作人員才會進一步。
把事情完整放出來，大家根據自己的判斷和喜好來選擇是否來入住吧。可能會有人不介意，蘿蔔青菜各有所愛吧。
