We enjoyed our time in turquoise beach....it was our 2st time there & definitely not our last..... The staff there are very friendly & professional ( Islam & Mr.Ayman from the frontline).... The animation team are so amazing & energetic especially Bibo & Sara...U guys r rocking it & took oit vacation to the next level... The food was yummy& the place is very clean & tidy.....The location is just more than perfect for everything & the beach is just amazing to enjoy... We had a blessed & much fun time there❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff are friendly and helping The hotel is clean and quiet The animation team is very active and superb they do a lot of activities for kids. The location is great, and the room view is wonderful The food is good. There are many varieties, and room services are very clean.

Everything was perfect and the animation team were soo exciting The place has many facilities you can make shopping and buy gifts Reception and housekeeping are too helpful Food also is quite nice and have some varieties They have a private beach

Everthing was good, good animators work, they wery worried about our staff. We wish better meet choise. See was very nice and sun hot. If ve need something what vasnt at hotel, we walk to the center. If you want normaly relax wihtout 5*, jou can get it here.

Location really good, people that work here are amazing really sweet, beach was amazing, pool really refreshing, food was good, but the only problem was internet but overall really good, hotel was good for the price, and hotel near the beach overall really good vacation.

The hotel was small but good, near the beach. Friendly staff and good food. The rooms were comfortable, clean and big. One big pool with a children area. There was entertainment program every night. The party was a lot of fun Special thanks to Bebo.😊

I went first time to Turquoise Hotel! I really like that sea is in the front of hotel! Quite good food, nice staff, the are really trying to make you feel comfortable. Around 6-7 min from Old market, everything is within walking distance, also a bank where you can exchange money. Also cleaning every day 👍🏻

Its a shame cause the staff were really nice but the hotel is a let down its very outdated and really needs some work doing to it the rooms are really in need of some TLC bathroom also, checking in was just a nightmare but around hotel loads to do but wouldn't stay again.
