"I booked an 8-person female room, but because it was the off-season, only two people were using it. There was a large kitchen with plenty of seating, a microwave, and sufficient kitchenware. The female toilet had two separate stalls on either side, with separate wet and dry areas, so there was no crowding or waiting. The room was well-heated, had bedside lamps, lockable storage cabinets, and smooth Wi-Fi. You have to make your own bed with sheets and blankets, but that wasn't a problem. Making your own bed is cleaner and more reassuring."

"La super belleza piscina sin fronteras puede ver directamente el mar aquí y las olas son muy pequeñas y muy tranquilas. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes y el paisaje es muy bonito. Puede ver directamente el mar limpio al lado del sol de la piscina. Pero el servicio del personal es muy malo, especialmente las dos cheques en la recepción, la recepción de 5 estrellas, y el clima es muy malo. Viví tantos hoteles de 5 estrellas en todo el mundo y nunca vi tanto malo. El desayuno es también apropiado, es más sencillo. Pero el bufete de cena es muy difícil de comer, no ha comido tan mal durante mucho tiempo."

"Estaba muy contenta; el ambiente del hotel era excelente, con vistas al mar y una brisa maravillosa. Limpieza: La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, e incluso nos ofrecieron vino tinto, agua con gas, fruta y aperitivos, lo cual nos hizo muy felices. Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con una magnífica piscina cubierta con una piscina de agua de mar climatizada por la noche. El único inconveniente fue que olvidé un cosmético y un neceser en el baño. Lo descubrí la noche que me fui del hotel y me puse en contacto con ellos a la mañana siguiente. Dos días después, todavía no han respondido a mi correo electrónico, como si no les importara. Me parece una actitud de servicio inaceptable. Si se pierde algo, espero que lo gestionen con prontitud y lo envíen lo antes posible. Su falta de respuesta es extremadamente frustrante. ¿Acaso significa que una vez que un huésped se va del hotel y deja sus pertenencias, no hay ingresos ni ventas, por lo que el personal no tiene que preocuparse? Llamamos cuatro veces en total, y ya han pasado 48 horas y todavía no hemos recibido ningún correo electrónico ni ninguna indicación de que se haya encontrado una solución."

"We have just returned from this lovely family-run hotel. It is modern, exceptionally clean and the food is excellent. All the staff we met were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is usually used by those wanting a short 2/3 night stopover; we however spent 11 nights exploring the area and had a wonderful time. The nearest sunbathing/swimming area is about a five minute walk away: there are limited sunbeds on a concrete slab. The water is, however, crystal clear. It is about 2k/half an hour walk into Pula centre although buses are frequent if busy at peak times (€2 per journey). Both options worth it as Pula is lovely. There are several local restaurants within a short walk: we visited two, both of which were excellent value for money and served delicious food (we did eat in the hotel which was more expensive but the food was correspondingly better presented and felt more “classy”). We would recommend the Milan Hotel unreservedly."
