¡Muy accesible! Hotel subestimado! A poca distancia del centro comercial, farmacia, restaurantes. La habitación está limpia pero se puede identificar que no es nueva, el personal es atento y educado.

I've stayed in this hotel before, and I keep returning since it's affordable, safe, and has decent rooms and a spacious parking lot—features that other hotels in Palawan lack.I've recently noticed that they no longer offer airport service, although they have contacts for taxi drivers in case you need one. However, it would be great if they could add the airport pickup and drop-off once more for a hassle-free trip, especially for those visiting Palawan for the first time .Being somewhat honest, some taxis, vans, and tricycles take advantage of tourists by charging them more than the normal.

Realmente le gustaba el techo con la piscina infinita y el bar, el personal estaba super sonriente y agradable para hablar con, el personal parecía limpio y bien acolchado, el restaurante era hermoso Lo menos positivo es que el duche podría haber sido más limpio, la comida estaba bien, nada muy malo, pero sólo en un nivel bajo que todavía estaba bien por el precio que pagamos, más lo considero normal en Filipinas, No podía esperar que cocinaran comida occidental como el restaurante Michelin. En general, una estancia muy agradable y sin duda un gran valor.

Estuvimos aquí con mis 2 hijos (reservamos habitación triple) con desayuno el pasado 7 y 8 de febrero de 2023. Ventajas: Habitación limpia y espaciosa. con televisión. El personal fue muy amable y accesible. La ubicación es buena, justo a lo largo de Wescom Road. Piscina para niños. Desventajas: La plaza de aparcamiento no está asegurada. Cuando pedí agua potable, me dijeron que no es gratis. Sólo durante el desayuno, el agua potable es gratis. Sin ducha caliente. Adicional: Desayuno emplatado (Arroz+huevo+2Longganisa) con café. En general, es una estancia agradable por su precio.

La desayuno es rica. Había llegado a las siete de la noche, el teléfono estaba en la recepción, el pequeño amigo estaba esperando en el aeropuerto antes de que se le enviara el avión, también recordó si el equipaje estaba acompañado de todos los pasajeros, el servicio del pequeño hermano de transporte era muy cuidadoso. También se quedará otra vez.

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

Grande hotel. Fue fantástico, las habitaciones son muy grandes y super cómodas. Y la mejor parte es el personal del hotel. El servicio al cliente es más allá de mi expectativa, super amigable y útil. Buen restaurante. Y la comida también fue grande. En todo! ¡Qué bueno!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience my companions and I had during our recent stay at Four Points Puerto Prinsesa. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a team of staff members who provided the warmest welcome one could receive after hours of travel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy luggage, setting the stage for an outstanding stay. The level of service continued to impress us during our time at the resort, especially during our interactions with the dining staff. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight, and when I noticed some items were missing, the response I received when requesting something off the menu was incredibly warm and accommodating. The staff assured me, saying, ”Sure thing sir, if it's in our inventory, we will try our best to make it.” Most of our requests were fulfilled by the kitchen staff without any hesitation. The pool area, in particular, left an indelible impression. The grande pool, strategically separated by a spectacular pool bar, provided a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff at the pool were the epitome of hospitality, delivering impeccable service with a smile. The addition of three hot tubs of varying sizes & tempertures further enhanced our relaxation options, offering a perfect complement to the overall pool experience. The resort's gym exceeded our expectations for a hotel facility, boasting a diverse range of well-maintained equipment. It allowed us to maintain our fitness routines while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The spa was another highlight, offering an unparalleled level of comfort. Our couples massage appointment was a true highlight of our stay, providing one of the best massage experiences my partner and I have ever had. Following the massage, we were given the opportunity to unwind in a separate room where we enjoyed refreshing water and tea. This post-massage relaxation space added a thoughtful touch to the overall spa experience, showcasing your commitment to providing a holistic and rejuvenating stay. Moving to the beach, we were delighted to find it clear of sea****, with crystal-clear water inviting us to indulge in the natural beauty mixed with a glorious view of mountains surrounding the beach. A short hike to a secluded beach nearby added an adventurous element to our stay, offering a serene and private escape. We also had the pleasure of discovering a small outdoor beach massage run by a humble family close by, adding to the charm of the overall experience. Lunch and dinner experiences were equally delightful, and the flexibility of the kitchen staff in catering to our preferences made our dining experiences memorable. Even on a rainy day when we approached the beach, the security staff immediately offered us an umbrella to ensure our comfort. Hermoso lugar y muy linda piscina. Además el jardín tiene buena pinta. . Personal muy amable, muy buena hospitalidad en habitación muy grande. Lo único que es que el alto precio de los servicios de traslado o recogida en el aeropuerto con una furgoneta de 600 pesos o 240 pesos por un triciclo no es un buen precio. En la mayoría de los lugares tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito. La ducha y el lavabo no estaban muy limpios. Las 4 estrellas por servicios es para el personal.
