Lighthouse Apartment and Guest Inn

It was a very nice place! Lovely location, nice staff! Only thing is I asked for a quiet room and got the room right next to the reception, so unfortunately was able to hear everything starting in the early morning. Not sure if that was just my luck or slight mis-organisation. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The host is very nice, smiling all the time. The AC was little bit loud, and had some power cut problem. Otherwise everything was great.

Expect nothing more than what you pay for. Satisfactory.

Когда мы приехали, оказалось, что номер моего друга занят, хотя он его забронировал до меня. Как я поняла, предыдущий гость захотел остаться ещё на одну ночь и ему разрешили. Они предложили поставить ещё одну кровать в мой номер, но я не согласилась. Тогда они отвели моего друга в соседний отель на ночь. Номера новые, все необходимое есть. В целом было хорошо, не смотря на эту очень странную ситуацию

Останавливались с другом на 2 ночи. В меру хорошее расположение - до центральной набережной минут 15 пешком, не больше. До ближайшего большого супермаркета - не более 10 минут. Вокруг малоэтажная застройка. Сам наш дом -3-хэтажный, на 1-2 -гости, про 3-тий этаж -  не знаю. Новый дом. Свежий ремонт. В номере на полу плитка,  кондёр (оконный, но новый и не особо шумный), LCD телевизор, холодильник!!, кухонная поверхность, раковина, посуда, чайник. В душевой - всё как должно быть, сортир и горячая вода. Ещё стол/стул. Во дворе есть пару скамеек провести время, если не жарко. Есть возможность купить пивка/воды холодной. Кровать отличная. Много подушек. Тихо за окном, петухи есть, но не орали по ночам. Это пятый отель в этом путешествии по Филиппинам в одной ценовой категории и он лучший на данный момент. Рекомендую, сам готов остановиться в нем ещё раз.

I would not recommend booking this hotel as they cancel on you last minute. So I originally booked a room at Lighthouse on the 18th of April to stay for two nights starting today, so from May 17th to May 19th. Yesterday afternoon (May 16th) at approximately 5 pm I received a message from Lighthouse that they could not accommodate me, because the AC in the room wasn’t working. I explained to them that I do not need the AC and it’s only for two nights so it would be fine. It took them four hours to get back to me. They told me that I could have the room if I was okay without the AC. Then they messaged me again at approximately 12:30am (I didn’t receive the message until 4 am when I checked my phone as I was asleep) on the day of my arrival that they changed their mind again and they couldn’t accommodate me after all. I travel very regularly and have visited over 60 different countries and never had an experience like this with a hotel. Literally leaving me with nowhere to stay on the day when I’m supposed to check in. I would never recommend this hotel

Great stay! Check in was okay. Took a while finding my record but it’s all good. Friendly staff. I wish there’s a curtain separating the toilet from the shower. Clean room. Refrigerator and some kitchen items provided. I slept early. They’re very helpful.

Comfiest bed ever! Very accommodating staff, especially the little boy who greeted us. Staff were very responsive to our needs.
