¡Nuestro aparente era hermoso, muy limpio, tiene cosas básicas en él, pero todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones, a menos que planee hacer mucho cocina! Nos encantaba el aparente, tenía un hermoso pequeño jardín y queríamos ir el año próximo y reservar el mismo aparente. Just returned from 11 Nights at the Kontiki & we enjoyed every minute of our holiday , from the minute we arrived we were greeted warmly by the reception staff , although we arrived earlier than check in time our apartment was ready & we were able to have our apartment which was great , allowed us to change into our shorts and get our holiday started! The apartments are very nice & well equiped , the beds are so comfortable & the shower great always a bonus, we paid for a seaview & wow what a view we had! The pool area is lovely , sunbeds with mattresses & pool towels provided & every single morning we watched a team of staff scrub & clean the whole pool & every single sunbed,, mattress & umbrella & surrounding areas , amazing , never stayed anywhere so clean , staff are busy all day keeping the place immaculate. The snack bar is lovely , nice chilled area to relax with a drink & delicious ”snacks” actually they are full size meal & again the staff in the bar are friendly & efficient . These apartments are a peaceful haven just 2 minutes from the strip with & bars & restaurants , highly recommend & can't wait to book again.We even noticed as you vacate your room a maintenance man arrives to check everything is in working order for the next guest , so efficient! Our only tiny issue is that the price of the safe seems excessive , 4 euros a night so we paid 44 euros for a safe that is already in the room , for a 4 star establishment maybe it should be included in the price! Thank you to everyone at the Kontiki for a memorable holiday & we look forward to a return visit .

Just returned from a week's break in Lanzarote at the Montana Club. This was our first self catering holiday in over 25 years so we were a bit apprehensive. Check in was quick,basically an envelope with the room key card and a welcome pack. We were in the premium suites side of the complex, room 230. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely break, nice sitting area,clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The location, as most reviews have said,couldn't be better. Less than a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes down to the *****. The rooms which seemed to get the sun for most of the day were 219 to 224 and 227/228. We didn't use the pool or the snack bar so can't comment. The main ***** at Puerto del Carmen has lots of bars and restaurants to cater for most people's tastes. The old town is about a 30 minute walk and we loved this area, we found a great bar overlooking the sea where the food and drinks were great and the staff so friendly,it is called La Tinosa and is on the bend along the walkway,it does get busy but is worth it. We also had an indian meal in the old town at Bombay Grill which was excellent. Some other good restaurants we ate at along the ***** were Trattoria Don Rafaelo, and Asian KItchen. We were chatting to other guests at the Montana, some were there for a month's stay and said it is almost fully booked for the rest of this year. Overall it was lovely to get away from the cold weather at home and enjoy a pleasant week in the sun.

Los hibiscus Puerto del Carmen Hotel ok. Bar drinks all inclusive not brilliant but staff lovely and do try. Food in restaurant very good. Last day sister bought jacket, still had all labels on hung in wardrobe for trip home. Had to be out the room early so me her and her two s were trying to pack keep kids happy etc. Checked out of room 12 picking up at 8 we had a long wait. She remembered her jacket hung up in wardrobe so went to reception for key, room been cleaned no jacket, no worries I say it will be in lost property. Went down to reception to asked reception lady to check lost property she says, it won't be there, so I said it should be as it was in the room, so I was puzzled to know where it was, she goes off comes back says no it isn't there, I again explained it definitely was as she'd bought it to go home, she said if her staff find lost property they hand it in immediately, I asked again very politely if she could call her and ask her where she took it, she said no madame it wasn't there, I said it was there, she said no you are wrong my staff don't take things so you must be wrong. I told her her staff do take things because 100% it was there. I then asked for courtesy towels to get showered in courtesy room, unhelpful stern faced receptionist say she doesn't have any for courtesy room. She was such a horrible lady. As we waited a couple came for clean towels for their room she gave them towels. Very sad she was so rude stern horrible and if I had been confrontational we could of ended having a big argument. We got a taxi to replace jacket but 100% was STOLEN from the room.

El hotel está en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. La comida en el restaurante que nos sentíamos de buena calidad, fresca y variada. Disfrutamos también de las diferentes noches de tema ofrecidas. Nos aventuremos algunas veces a comer, a pesar de ser All Inclusive pero ambos acordaron, la comida en el restaurante era tan buena, si no mejor. Just got back from our first family holiday with 3 children, 2 of which are autistic. The grounds were lovely and clean, including fresh linen and towels every day. Each room was air conditioned, we had Disney plus on tv which definitely helped when my children were struggling, there was plenty of toilet roll, each facility was working and we noticed that when others had difficulties with air con etc, there was maintenance staff always on hand and prepared to fix issues. The staff were ALWAYS actively on the go. They were willing to help when needed and the cleaners were very thorough - always smiling and polite. We stayed in the more quieter pool area & didn’t access the evening entertainment due to my children’s needs & although we had to walk back to the other side to get drinks/ice creams etc, it was definitely worth it. Reception were happy to assist us when we didn’t understand how to work the safe and the kitchen staff were very accommodating especially due to my children’s sensory needs. Very happy, a memorable experience throughout.
