Just got back from our first family holiday with 3 children, 2 of which are autistic. The grounds were lovely and clean, including fresh linen and towels every day. Each room was air conditioned, we had Disney plus on tv which definitely helped when my children were struggling, there was plenty of toilet roll, each facility was working and we noticed that when others had difficulties with air con etc, there was maintenance staff always on hand and prepared to fix issues. The staff were ALWAYS actively on the go. They were willing to help when needed and the cleaners were very thorough - always smiling and polite. We stayed in the more quieter pool area & didn’t access the evening entertainment due to my children’s needs & although we had to walk back to the other side to get drinks/ice creams etc, it was definitely worth it. Reception were happy to assist us when we didn’t understand how to work the safe and the kitchen staff were very accommodating especially due to my children’s sensory needs. Very happy, a memorable experience throughout.

Excelente ubicación, a pie de la impresionante playa Los Pocillos y permite paseos andando muy bonitos a otras playas y zona de tiendas y restaurantes, alrededores muy animado. En la puerta del hotel esta la parada de bus de todas las excursiones de los tours lo que es muy cómodo. Hotel un poco antiguo. Buffet excelente. Merece la pena estar en habitación con vistas al mar, son unas vistas excelentes. El todo incluido bastante limitado, aunque un detalle que te dieran el picnic para las excursiones. Un poco caro con respecto a otras hoteles de cuatro estrellas de la zona.

He estado, una vez más, en Lanzarote de vacaciones y vuelvo encantada, como siempre. Pero esta vez, mucho más, si cabe. Nuestra estancia en JABLES BERMUDAS ha sido muy satisfactoria, pero el trato recibido por Cely, ha superado todos los máximos posibles. Nos ha tratado con muchísimo cariño, siempre pendiente de lo que necesitáramos, recomendando lugares para ir y facilitando todo lo que se pueda imaginar.Como he dicho antes, si Lanzarote me gustaba, ahora muchísimo más. Espero volver pronto para disfrutar la Isla y volver a ver a Cely. Un abrazo. Rosi.

Buen hotel pero para no pasar mucho tiempo en él,es muy de batalla y los extranjeros acaparan piscinas y tumbonas como loc@s,Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables con su terraza y tumbonas correspondientes, el salon del desayuno muy agradable y sin mucho ruido,comida varida con guiños a la comida tipica de la zona,los camareros muy eficazes y pendientes de todo,muy profesionales y con una sonrisa. Tiene salida por detras del hotel, que caminando 100 metros ya estás en la playa de los pocillos y a ultima hora en la zona de solo adultos se está en la piscina muy agusto.Buen hotel pero para casi no hacer vida en él. por cierto lo peor es la atención en recepcion,no es gente muy agradable ni te resuelven nada.Las toallas para la piscina vas temprano y ya no les quedan y te dicen que tienes que esperar más o menos dos horas y que no saben fijo cuando estarán disponibles.

What a wonderful place to spend a week prior to the mad Christmas break!! Ideally situated about 13 steps from the main *****, there is nothing not to like about these friendly, clean, well appointed and safe apartments. Firstly the excellent points: Friendly Staff. Easy check in. Clean apartments. Well maintained and clean pool area. Plenty of sun beds. Excellent on site bar, serving beautiful food at very reasonable prices. Happy hour 12.00 - 13.00 and 16.00 - 17.00. Multiple locked and gated access which gives excellent security. Bad Points: None. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves that much I have been tasked with booking November 2024 already, a very well done to all involved!

We spent a week at club pocillos at the beginning of december. It was our second time there. We really love our apartment and the big terrace with a spectacular sea view. The apartment was a really good size with everything you need for your stay. You will find also lovely restaurants in the area. People working at the reception are so nice, with a special regard to Dino always there to help you with any kind of matter. I really recommend this place .

We stayed at the Lanzarote Village for a winter break and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit concerned especially about the food. But there is no pleasing some people. Whilst we were there the hotel reception and dining room were decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Strange when the temperature is in the 30s but nice strange. We couldn't fault the hotel. Our top floor room was spacious for two of us with a massive bed, a bath and shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beyond to the beach and sea, where we could watch the planes coming into land at the airport and the cruise liners heading in and out of Arrecife. The room key was, initially, a bit stiff but during our stay the locks were being replaced by swipe cards which made life easier. The maid did a great job in the room every day. The food was really good with lots of variety, both at breakfast and evening meal. We were only HB so can't comment on lunch. There were themed nights, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Indian. But there were lots of other choices should you not want this. The empty dishes were constantly been refilled by the catering staff. The waiting staff cleared plates and worked nonstop to keep tables tidy. Our only issue was 2 people sitting on tables laid for 4. But the waiting staff soon laid another table for us as we had travelled to meet up with friends whom we hadn't seen since pre Covid so had a lot to catch up. The pool area was hosed down early each morning and was clean and tidy despite a beautiful, if noisy, flock of parakeets flying around and doves hoping for crumbs. The pool was deep and big enough to have a swim round. The jacuzzi was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers available. We tend not to stay in the hotel in the evenings for the entertainment but some of the music sounded good. The hotel is well placed on the quiet edge of Puerto del Carmen which is an easy walk away. The bus stops for further afield, Arrecife, Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca are just a few minutes away and the buses are frequent and reasonably priced. Although the hotel if not right on the promenade it is only a short walk through the garden and out the gate and left. The promenade goes all the way to Arrecife passing the airport. I can't think of any negatives and we will certainly be returning next winter especially if we could request the same room.
