Apartamento Las Vistas(Viviendas Las Vistas)

Just checking out today at the club vistas, really good experience, great location , the staff are friendly and really helpful. The apartments are located between the new town and the old town in Puerto del Carman, we will definitely be back here again. Kevin Daly. Ireland

Spent a few days here relaxing in the sunshine, March 2023. Impressed with the apartment amenities compared to other self catering apartments we’ve stayed in. Well equipped kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and lounge area with sofa, TV and table & chairs, outside seating patio area. Nice pool area, quiet area near enough to the main drag for all the resort has to offer. Well communicated how to access apartment via ***********.

Just returned from a 5 night stay here. Myself my partner and 3 children 9, 8, 3 years had a 2 bedroom apartment. I was worried as we booked this very last minute literally the week before we went and it was one of the few places that were avaliable on the island that could accomadate a family of 5. Then communication between myself and the apartments from the minute we booked was fantastic. We were arriving late on the Saturday evening and were sent very clear instructions on where everything was and how to access our key/apartment. This also worried me as there would be no reception staff till the Monday morning should there have been any problems but i didnt need to worry as the room was perfect when we arrived fully epuipped with everything we needed. A travel cot for my youngest to sleep in was provided which i had requested. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. There were towels and bedding provided. Very large and spacious apartment with two bathrooms one with a bath and one with a shower. A huge balcony with beautiful views of the sea. Its not a modern apartment but the old Spanish style was just fine. The kitchen facilities all great had everything you needed. The pool area is clean and tidy and a good few sunbeds. Was never to busy just few people every day. There is a little restaurant/bar downstairs that we didnt get a chance to use but had tables and chairs outside near pool and was open late. The location is 10/10. There is a Spar across the road that opens till 9pm and a 24hour petrol station if you need anything late at night. A big Lidl round the corner. And across the road maybe a 2minute walk is a shopping complex with restaurants shops and a playarea for the kids, open air cinema and crazy golf! Also has the best McDonalds ever! (Try the chicken wings!) The beach is a 10min walk down hill (half hour walk back up with the kids and heat!) and thats also where all the big restaurants are. And a 5 minute walk in opposite direction is the old town which we loved. Lots of lovely little places to eat. Overall we had a great little break away and would 100% return here. Only one tiny little downfall being so hot in August there is no air con in the apartments which seems to be the same for most places in Lanzarote Puerto Del Carmen. But our apartment did have 3 fans provided which helped but the heat was hard to bare at times but did not effect our stay at all. Lastly i just want to say that the lady on Reception (sorry to say ive fogotton her name) was absolutely lovely. Friendly and so helpful. Made us feel so welcome and at home.

Not much availability on the dates we we’re looking at but these apartments popped up via *********** reasonably priced at £446 with a sea view. As we were arriving on a Sunday, there is no reception but clear instructions and photos of where we get the keys were sent to us. Also check in is 3pm and we land at 11 but we were told room would be ready at 1330-1400. Anyway keys collected as per instructions at 12, we were in room 272, I took a quick look in the room and it hadn’t been cleaned, so bags in hand we headed for something to eat. Sauntered back to the apts at 3pm and the room still hadn’t been cleaned, of course reception was shut, no one anywhere to be seen but a resident of the complex did notice us wandering around aimlessly, asked us what the issue was, seemed pretty disgusted this had happened and pointed out a number for us to phone. Within 20 mins of the call a cleaning company turned up, full of apologies and the place was spotless within the next 1/2 hour, problem sorted. The apartment had an amazing view over PDC towards the old port and sea views, all the usual amenities for a self catering apt even a washing machine. Ideally situated at las Vistas bus stop, Spar across the road, Lidl about 5 mins further on and a huge Mercadona supermarket 5 mins towards the main *****. Biosphera shopping centre 2 min walk away. Bathroom clean but had the dreaded shower curtain which tried to touch you every time you entered the bathroom. Beds really comfortable but some odd suspicious stains on the mattress cover. Only other issue was there was no maid service through the week, but we washed towels even bed sheets in the washing machine so was not a big issue overall, mop n bucket also available so we just kept the place clean ourselves. Safe was €10 with a €10 deposit It does have a restaurant n bar which we did not use but others did and all looked good. The complex is a mix of residential brits, locals, holiday makers and is very clean and extremely quiet. Would we return despite the cleaning issues……… YES we definitely would

Apartments in a great location , easy walking distance from old and new town..Lovely woman on reception . Rooms are clean but no cleaners came in all week so no change of towels..Bar / Restaurant on site but dont upset the guy working there which is easily done..

We were pleasantly surprised. Accommodation was a ground floor apartment and had recently been refurbished. Large bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe. The pool area was nice. Please be aware of the owner who has the bar though. All smiles when you get there but if you don’t use his bar frequently he turns nasty. We were waiting for our taxi to the airport early morning and I was on crutches. So I sat down to rest my legs while waiting with our luggage. He was so rude and angry and wouldn’t let us sit down outside. No one was using his bar at the time. He is a horrible man and the management guy looked so embarrassed and apologised.
