Staff of the hotel were generally nice (except for an elderly gentleman of the hotel). I especially thank Francesca for getting me a quiet room. I liked drinking cocktails and food at the vistro of the hotel, especially when it was snowing outside, which made me have drinks at the vistro every night while I stayed at the hotel. Views from my room and the vistro were also very nice. Two ski lifts are just a few minute driving distance from the hotel.

La habitación no era muy grande pero muy cómoda . El encargado de la recepción es un tipo muy agradable . Los precios por la zona son muy altos y este hotel no es de los mas caros . La bollería del desayuno , buenísima.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. Nos dimos cuenta de que la cama principal tenía una madrastra muy abrasada que estaba en el medio, por lo que no podíamos dormir en ella sin apretar al niño. Nos cansamos de apagarnos y relajarnos, pero había edificios que estaban en un edificio muy cerca, por no tener suerte. Fue lo suficientemente largo para que decidí salir de la cama y bajar de la mezzanina en mi ropa interior para pedir a la gente que se enfriece y cuando salí a la vista me di cuenta que era personal de la cocina del hotel, que es justo en el anexo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. En el lobby, cuando dije que iba a comprobar temprano, dijeron que aún tendrían que pagarme el segundo día (que ya acepté que va a ser el caso) y me pagaron el impuesto de estancia, que me pareció muy gracioso. En general, es posible que si usted se queda en la villa principal tendrá una gran experiencia pero al menos yo recomendaría que se quede claro de las habitaciones en el anexo thr, especialmente si usted necesita tranquilidad

Best location in the heart of Cortina, on the pedestrian Main Street. Big spacious, super clean rooms, excellent breakfasts and a wonderful staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly but Lorenzo, the concierge, was the best! We had a great time at Hotel de la Post and Cortina.

Hemos estado 3 noches y fue todo fantástico. Desde que entras todo huele genial. El hotel es precioso y está bien cuidado. En recepción son muy amables y te explican todo muy bien además de indicarte restaurantes de la zona. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas y el spa aunque pequeño pero es muy bonito y bien cuidado. El desayuno completo, únicamente que siguen haciendo el buffet asistido y hacen que sea muy lento y que no te den ganas de repetir nada porque hay que esperar mucho, creo que si te piden el certificado o la prueba negativa ya está correcto y no hace falta que sean tan cuidadosos. Volvería con los ojos cerrados a este hotel. Me encanto.
