"A friend of mine suggested this Hotel when I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Ogunquit and I'm so glad I took his advice. The hotel is one of two that are very close to the beach. One is on the beach, the Neptune is next door. To say it's near the beach is an understatement but to be perfectly candid, it is not on the beach. There are Ocean View rooms and Bay View rooms. We opted to stay in a Bay View room with a porch and found it a great place to relax after a day at the beach and watch the sunset across y the river. The room itself was clean, recently updated and comfortable. We found the staff extremly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, its attractions and restaurants. Did I mention value? The Neptune is substantially lower priced than most nearby hotels. I intend to make this a regular destination in the future."

"The paradise is I Livanti! We came there in 2025 and were so happy that we returned this year for a further week. We have chosen the hotel part reserved for couples: a very quiet, in the nature, ideal for resource. The rooms are warm, the rooms are perfectly clean and offer all the comforts needed: refrigerator, TV, radio, air conditioning, large shower and outdoor terrace. All is gathered to spend a stay in an exceptional setting. For us it is a real small corner of paradise. The must of must!"

"Accueil au top, c'est plus que agréable d'être reçu par quelqu'un qui aime ce qu'il fait et qui souhaite le partager. Notre chambre était très propre, spacieux, très bien équipée (peut-être juste ajouter un porte manteau ou des patères, mais la penderie de l'armoire fait aussi l'affaire). Petite terrasse sur le patio. Pequeño desayuno bien garni, les produits locaux sont très appréciés, ainsi que la carafe d’eau dans la chambre. Tarif résident très apprécié."

"This hotel is as delightful as we hoped it would be! The position is elevated, providing fantastic views from our room's balcony and especially the restaurant area. The breakfast buffet was generous, providing a large range of fresh produce. The restaurant also provided delicious meals at lunchtime and in the evening. Unfortunately there are not many vegetarian options on the menu (but this seems to be an issue throughout Corsica), but the chef was always willing to tweak and accommodate us. Our rooms were very generous in size and the decor and furnishings throughout the hotel make you feel like you are in a big villa not a hotel. The small fitness room was surprisingly well-equipped. We were surprised that the fitness classes came at extra cost especially as this is not mentioned anywhere. The gardens and terraces with beautiful plants and flowers make the whole experience relaxing and peaceful. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are on hand to help at all times. The walk to the small beach literally takes a few minutes and with towels and umbrellas provided by the hotel, everything was very easy. You can walk into Propriano in around 15 minutes where there is a choice of restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to return."
