It was a lot of fun to see a concert there and before hand we ate at the steak house and it was spendy but well worth the taste of the food! Service was great, people were friendly! The place is huge, but very clean!

Property was good! Check-in process was inconvenient. Called ahead of time to add husband to booking so he could check in and was told to bring the credit card that was used for booking. He was not allowed to check in because the booking was done on my card. Better communication would have been much appreciated. Very inconvenient to have to put our things in someone elses room and then move them again when I was able to come later.

Did not have the roll away bed we request a couple days before our stay in the room but the front desk lady was super friendly and got it up to our room within 15 minutes!

Long line to check in and only one person working at the desk. Check in time was 4p.m. and when we checked in at 7 p.m. we were told our room wasn’t ready.

******* does not allow me to post pictures. Pat, but when we checked in things were fine. We got to our room and the initial view was amazing. The more we looked around the room, the more we realized this room was not cleaned very well at all. There was tape on the side of the headboard and somebody else's handprints bluntly put looked like they were holding on for the ride of their life. When we brought our concerns to the front desk she completely dismissed them as if oh well gee, that's too bad. We've had a couple of issues in the past with their hotel rooms and I'm going to be honest for the prices. We should not have any issue. We were in a suite and paid a substantial amount for this room for one night because we don't get out and away from the kids much. So if their answer to a legitimate complaint in which we had photos to prove was simply oh I'm sorry that's too bad. Then I will not be getting any more rooms at mystic lake ******. My wife and I will still go there to play games and enjoy dinner but we are done with the hotel side

The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was incredibly helpful and really made our stay the best. Our room was clean, the views of the room were beautiful over looking a beautiful golf course and the bed was heaven. I loved our stay and can't wait to come back again for another visit. I also loved the hottub and sauna! Thanks!
