"The building in some areas, like the kids' playground, was dirty, small, messy, incomplete, and the toys were broken. Several other areas were also quite dirty. The service wasn't very friendly and was too strict. For breakfast, many hotels offer it for free for children under 12, or at least have a special child's rate. When I chatted with marketing, it seemed like there was a price for children, but on the day itself, the staff told me to pay the adult price."

The bathroom also large, there was a bathtub and if you don't want to use bathub, there is also a shower. The breakfast is okay, spaghetti was very delicious. The hotel staff was also friendly. Definetely I will back again"

"Only played golf at Finna as we heard the hotel was run down. The golf course looked like it had seen better days. Beautiful layout and lots of large trees line the fairways. Grass in poor condition with lots of bare spots but also overgrown in other areas. Seems like it had not been cut for many days. Quite sad to see what was likely a great course. Will not go back."

"We had an enjoyable stay, particularly because of the variety of animals on the property, including deer, giraffe, parrots, and meerkats, which provided a unique and engaging experience for the children. The swimming pool was pleasant and well-maintained, though it would have been beneficial to have a gym available, especially for older children and teenagers looking to stay active during the stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items; however, the variety and overall quality of the food were fairly average and did not particularly stand out. On a positive note, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and friendly, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant family-friendly stay, with the animal encounters being a memorable highlight for the children."

"No es como antes cuando me quedé en este lugar. Ofrecen muchas actividades divertidas como paseos de coches de buggy, disfrute de gelado, y nadar. Pero esta vez no más coches de buggy, no más gelado. La piscina está todavía bien, pero debido a la temporada de lluvias, nos alejamos de hacerlo. No hay muchas actividades que podemos hacer. Me desplazo por la mañana. La seguridad nos estaba acercando, no nos permitió caminar por el camino. Nos dijeron que los golfistas empezarán a usar esa zona. Así que, ¿qué diablos hago aquí en el resort? Lo que hace que nuestra estadía sea incómoda es mosquitos en mi habitación."
