Quite a nice and quiet place to spend the night; the hotel was a little bit dated but they did try to refresh the interiors of the rooms- the toilets were refurbished and were spot on; the rooms on the other hand were a bit dated. Furniture was not comfortable and was old and stained.
Overall a good place to spend a night, but definitely not more than the bare minimum. Also had to ask for a hairdryer and there were no slippers or microwave in the room.

The location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)

I found a hair in the bathtub and food under the bed.The bed was lumpy.

The rooms carpet was stain with pet urine, and many unknown stains. They did not vacuum and the floor was filthy. The chairs were full of disgusting spots. The trash cans still had trash in them

It was better than we expectated. The staff was very kind. The breakfast complete, coffee all day. The view. Everything was so enjoyable

This hotel is about 30 years old and while clean, it probably has not had a major refresh. Friendly staff, cookies being baked all afternoon, great breakfast included and very good coffee.
My only issue would be is road noise in the rooms that face the main road into Prescott. I wear earplugs when on the road, so I wasn’t bothered.
I like supporting the non-chain hotels when possible which ultimately was how I made my choice.
We also learned the correct way to pronounce Prescott….

Katie was very helpful and went above and beyond to male sure we had an enjoyable stay. She was sincerely welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping staff and other staff were also helpful.
Breakfast was excellent! The lobby seating and fireplace gave us a fun place to gather at night to talk and play games.

Property was close to everything, pet friendly and front desk Diane was very friendly and accommodating. She explained everything and even provided us lists of where to go in Prescott. Hotel has good breakfast, and complimentary cookies and coffees all day. Thank you, I will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property is run down. Simple things like towel racks were broken. My bathroom was pretty dirty and smelled bad. I do not think the sink and toilet were cleaned properly from the last guest and the shower current was disgusting.

I'm always afraid to say how great a hotel was because I'm pretty sure the prices will rise high for next time! The worst thing that happened was our door lock battery had to be replaced. The front desk staff was rather new but very friendly and they got our door fixed rather quickly, confirming with us they could go inside our room, while we sat by the indoor fire drinking tea (from cups they would clean, not throw a way). This is after we enjoyed the outdoor fire the front desk turned on for us after we asked. I'm very sensitive to cleaning chemicals and there was barely a smell on the bed sheets from laundry detergent to bother me, the rest of the hotel did not bother me at all, i was very pleased that i could enjoy the beautiful lobby. The ultimate test was the breakfast, a big reason for us choosing this hotel was someone's review where they said it was a "real breakfast" on fancy plates and they did not disappoint.
