Hoteles en Prato, Italia

A relatively old hotel that has most of the amenities that one might expect. The room is relatively clean. The door requires old-school key to enter (which is attached to a golf ball) so you might want to leave it behind at the hotel reception each time you head out if you do not have the pocket for it. Breakfast is the typical continental European stuff, so nothing exciting to write home about. You could always skip breakfast at the hotel and head to the old part of Prato for breakfast at a cafe instead. It is about 10-15 minutes walk. Having said that, the hotel breakfast is decent, so make your decision according to your personal requirement/preference. The main gripe I had was that the powerpoint in my room (not sure about other rooms) was of the smaller holes instead of the larger standard European holes. Those who have been around Italy would know what I'm talking about. Basically there is the old Italian powerpoint which look almost exactly the same as the current standard European powerpoint with the two round holes, except they are smaller than the current standard size. So keep this in mind.

Elegimos este hotel por las críticas y la proximidad a nuestra cita de la mañana siguiente. La acogida fue excelente, con todas las medidas de seguridad adoptadas. Las habitaciones son amplias y con las comodidades esperadas por el monto pagado. Todo limpio y bien cuidado y, aunque necesita una nueva decoración interior, lo disfrutamos.

En una parada en Prato y con compromisos en la zona nos confiamos en este Hotel. Estructura típica para cortas paradas, no muy barata desde mi punto de vista, ya que la estructura es bastante fechada, el correo de nuestra habitación para cerrarla tenía que empujar con fuerza, las habitaciones limpias al mejor. Notas positivas; Recepcionista, aparcamiento gratuito amplio, buena cama, buena aire acondicionado en la habitación, aunque objetivamente un poco ruidosos los ventiladores, pero con la fatiga se supera el ruido. Notas negativas; desayuno a 5 euros me parece excesivo, cuando otras instalaciones de recepción incluyen en el costo de la habitación, puerta de la ducha estrecha (al menos en nuestra habitación), si un cliente tiene que ser ”frecuentemente” duda de que puede entrar, Y como ya he dicho, limpia un poco superficial, un hotel sin elogios y sin humillación.

Habitación cómoda, con todas las necesidades, todas las instalaciones muy limpias. Personal amable. Fue una estancia corta, estuvimos por Italia con mi familia y sólo nos quedamos una noche, la experiencia fue buena, el desayuno estuvo agradable, fue lo necesario.

Llamaré al hotel el día 21 de mayo pido información y reservaré una habitación,llamo al hotel para confirmar me dicen que se reserva y que el costo era de 45 euros por noche y venir a hotel antes de las 22 para el check in . Les llamo el día del check-in para decirle que a las 22:00 estaba en el hotel, el operador me responde con fuerza, arroganza y mala educación y me dice que no hay reservas me conecta el teléfono, al que llamo al hotel Toscana después de unos minutos para pedir explicaciones (dado que la reserva se había hecho y que el operador me había dicho detalles sobre qué precio tipo de habitación y hora de inspección ) En la última llamada siempre me responde el operador habitual a que le ría de mi reserva con todos los detalles, ¿sabe lo que hace? Me regala el teléfono en la cara absurda ..... Cerrar diciendo a todas las personas que verán esta revisión de no reservar en este hotel . Cerrar escribiendo una palabra y sólo una . VERGONA ...........

No está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas, 3 estrellas, el más alto. La conducción autónoma es bastante conveniente, y el estacionamiento gratuito es excelente. Hay muchos desayunos, así como albóndigas al vapor y rollitos de primavera chinos. La recepción es muy cálida

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

No teníamos un coche así que ir a cenar era un problema, pero Aurora fue arriba y más allá para ayudarnos a conseguir cenar ordenado de un servicio de entrega e incluso crear una mesa agradable para nosotros para que podamos cenar en el lobby. El hotel está muy bien decorado y tiene una magnífica dimensión.

A pocos pasos de la estación de Prato, este hotel es perfecto para visitar Florencia. La recepción es agradable y profesional, el almuerzo es bien gestionado y bien gestionado. Sin embargo, la habitación es vieja, la cama es muy dura, el baño es catastrófico y el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso.
