Personal amable y habitación limpia. Desayuno normal.

Personal muy servicial. Muy amable y trató de ayudar en cada situación. Pero ningún transporte al aeropuerto tuvo que llamar a un taxi. Le vendría bien una mano de pintura en los dormitorios.

Cuando llegamos, se nos acercó un hombre que trabajaba en la recepción, fue muy grosero y nos dijo que teníamos que pagar 500 Coruña Checa por el impuesto municipal, que según el sitio web era solo 200. Cuando le preguntamos sobre esto, dijo que los precios cambiaron ayer, lo cual Nos resultó difícil de creer que los días siguientes nos trataron con otro hombre que era un poco educado pero que no podía sonreír. El último día antes de irnos, fuimos a hacer el check out y nos dijeron que no. Necesitamos pagar el alojamiento en el hotel que pagamos el primer día. Esto fue muy extraño porque nunca he estado en un hotel que te permitiera pagar el último día. De todos modos, nos hizo mostrarle un montón de pruebas de que habíamos pagado y Simplemente pensamos que era muy extraño ya que era el mismo hombre que pidió los 500 y sentimos que se lo estaba guardando para sí mismo, ni siquiera recibimos una disculpa después, todo lo que nos dijo estaba bien en ese momento y luego señaló hacia la puerta nuestra estancia en este hotel de EA en particular nos pareció muy desagradable

Las habitaciones eran agradables y limpias. Pero las camas eran individuales. Dijeron que la ocupación doble no está disponible. Combinamos dos camas individuales. La calidad de la cama también es muy mala. Fue bueno que el desayuno estuviera incluido. La gente en el comedor nos hizo muecas mientras tomaban café después del desayuno. El comedor cierra a las 10.

Awfully expensive for what the room looked like. 4 star price in a 2 star hotel. There were other guests in the hotel playing loud music, luckily far enough from our room so we got the chance to sleep well. Sorry guys, maybe this was an exception with the price and all, but not booking again. Staff was ok, friendly, tiny breakfast offered in the morning, but that’s it.

First of all , Hotel is too far from city center . Secondly, Hotel is on maain road where traffic sound was horrible. I couldn't sleep properly from 06 am morning. Overall experience was bad.

The hotel looked closed when we arrived, and our hotel room was dirty. The walls were very thin, and we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did (like opening a can) Breakfast wasn’t vert good and there was no hand sanatizer available . Overall the hotel just looked a bit rundown and dirty. The only good thing, was the friendly staff, at the reception at arrival and check out

The staff is very pleasant and the check-in and check-out were easy. Some information could be shared more clearly, f.e. that there is 100CZK per day parking fee. The room was large but in general the hotel could do with a revamp. The bathroom especially as there was a bit of smell (which seemed to disappear after some time - or we just got used to it). The breakfast was OK but I would appreciate wider choice. We stayed there for two nights and I would not know what else to have the third day for breakfast. Overall OK for short term stay - but not for romantic gateways.

I’ve been in hotels all over America & in over 40 other countries. This hotel is definitely in top 5 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed over the past 40+ years. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Reception staff are rude, miserable & unprofessional. They don’t great guests, they never say hello to guests when you walk by them, they dress like slobs (jeans & t-shirts with no name badges, and they always look extremely unhappy). Also, none of the hotel staff wears face masks which is required by Czech law. They have big lobby/reception area with nice seating area but they never turn on any lights, so the whole lobby area is pitch dark. It always looks like the hotel is shut down, especially since they also never turn on the hotel’s outside signage at night. They only have wifi in lobby/reception area. Mattresses are like sleeping on boards. Horrible very little lighting in rooms. The bathtub is only big enough for a 10- year old child. Sitting in the lobby area for few hours everyday ( to use internet), I witnessed hotel staff on several occasions coughing & sneezing without covering their mouths and/noses. Housekeeping leaves huge bags of trash sitting in the lobby area for a few hours at a time. Housekeeping leaves the housekeeping carts & mops and buckets sitting in the hallways for hours at a time (when they aren’t even cleaning rooms in that particular hallway. This hotel isn’t convenient to anything. There’s one grocery store about 350 meters from the hotel. But not near restaurants, shops, or public transport. You have to walk 1.6 kilometers/1 mile to the nearest tram stop. The only redeeming thing was the bathtub/shower had good hot water & water pressure. Lastly, check out time is 10:00 am, which is absurd!
