這個酒店不在主要的旅遊區內，慎選。另外服務可以説是缺失的，我們住了三天沒有任何客服打掃服務，甚至連房間裏的氣泡水都是要錢的，要知道在瑞士的酒店裡這些都是無限供應的。，前台接待人員也非常不專業，入住的時候給他護照了還問我們有沒有visa，開始我們以後是要信用卡交按金，後來才知道説的是簽證，給他看了申根簽證頁還是猶猶豫豫，感覺他壓根不知道他們國家也屬於申根簽證範圍，還有更搞笑的是我都已經提前在網上把房費環結清了，接待人員還問我是自己付款還是公司付款，總之就是很無語。還有就是酒店的早餐很難吃，可選擇的東西非常少，衹有幾種類型的麪包，雞蛋，火腿培根，外加一兩種飲料，口味非常一般。
結論，不推薦選擇這家酒店。

位置不錯，價格也不錯，房間也挺大，前台的服務員態度都很好，離老城區廣場坐22路10幾分鐘到，也可以走路過去。來了布拉格才發現，景點基本靠走路都可以到達。

疫情前在這個酒店住了三年，位置非常方便就在地鐵旁邊，價格適中，但性價比很高，也很乾凈。

El hotel está perfecto solo hay que destacar que la limpieza de la habitación se hace cada 3 días y eso puede ser un poco incómodo .. Pero está bastante bien ubicado a 800 metros del centro , una zona tranquila …. ……………………………………………………………………….

It is located close to the metro station. Employees are friendly and polite. The room is not small. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious and fresh. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil.

Pros and cons, but not sure why this hotel is at 4 1/2 stars. The hotel has a very bad smell to it, somewhat like a sewer that they try to hide with this soap they have in all the rooms. One day it was really really bad. When we arrived we were also given the wrong room, and ended up with a handicap one. That being said, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was a decent size. For the area, it’s a decent price as well. If not for the smell, I would give it a 4.

Excellent hotel 5minutes from old square. Very helpful staff , rooms were very clean and breakfast had a wide choice including fresh fruits , cereal, cooked breakfast buffet style and toast . We would definitely stay here again .

Great hotel , location amazing near the national museum and st Wenceslas place and subway 2 min walk. Staff was great, breakfast amazing and room big for a europeen hotel.

We were family of 3 on a short tour to Prague . Our check in was fast. The room was clean and well kept. Morning breakfast was good and we had good vegetarian options like pasta , sauted vegetables .the entire team was courteous and friendly. The hotel is so well located, close to tram and metro Good eating joints nearby.We enjoyed our stay very much.
