Residence Jecna in Prague exceeded all my expectations, making my trip truly memorable. Host Eugenia's graciousness and helpfulness were the perfect introduction to this gem of a hotel. Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!

This is the best hotel in Prague!!! The location is perfect, near transportation and the city center. The rooms are amazing and Eugenia and Eva will make you feel right at home! You don’t need to keep looking because you won’t find anything better than this!! :D

Very attentive and caring service that went way beyond providing a bed to sleep in. Very good communication by email and phone before our trip. Happy to answer loads of questions we had about the city and how to use public transport (it was our first time in Prague.) The room was immaculate, very comfortable, well equipped, lovely high ceilings, and a very comfortable bed. Tasteful decor throughout the entire building, which also looked very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The building was very pretty inside and our room was comfortable. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was rather hard.
