Riverside Spirit

First of all do not trust their statement on breakfast available - it is not available at all and you are not going to be reimbursed for it at all even you paid for it. There is no receiption, and no one who can help you. There is only one phone number, which is rarely responding to your calls. You may wait hours on the street in front door to check-in as the contact phone is simply not responding and you can not obtain the key from lock box. Moreover if you have some complains - nobody would help you, contact phone will give you dummy email address, all your complains e-mails are going to be left without answer. The attitude is very rude and unhelpfull. If you are non-EU citizen - please be aware that this facility is violating the immigration law and is not registering you with the immigration department of Ministry of Interior within required 3 days upon arrival, so you are going to get serious penalties if you would need to deal with state authorities - you are simply appeaping law violators because of negligence of the facility.

Good value accommodation in south central Prague 300 meters to the metro station and right next to the river. Bright and good common areas to get into the apartment via a good lift (stairs very steep!) with a large apartment once inside that was pretty clean and comfy bed. That's the good...now what needs sorting. A sofa would help...there is acres of space...odd shower that is minute in a large space...but importantly missing a curtain (means light streams in), the TV hasn't got any signal and I found the fridge to be filthy. Could be brilliant with a little attention to cleanliness and furnishing.

Me and my 5 friends we enjoyed our 3-days stay in Riverside Spirit in Prague. This was our 3rd visit of Prague and best accommodation so far in this category. The location is very good, easy access to the city centre and also train station (tram or underground few meters far). Right opposite the building there is a nice view of the river, nice walk to Dancing House for example, not far from National Theatre. The apartment was spacious, with two large bedrooms, living room with a kitchen and dining table, where we were sitting all together every evening, having chat while preparing ourselves for going out. Flat was clean and we appreciated also the calm surrounding, altought there are nice restaurants nearby. We reccomend. Definitely will come back again:)

Both the apartmant and the owner where excelent, thank you very much! Helped a lot for me! Overall we had a nice stay at Riverside spirit. It's close to the main points in Prague and was easy to get there still it's quiet and comfortable.

It' s not really easy for the comments, because we can say that flat are very large and for 9 people it was enough. But it's all commodities around our booking that not worked. First , we should got our keys at 3PM, but at 3.00PM we did not have information how do do it. When you have travelled and it's snowing and you do not have information how to get your keys , it's very scary. and they did not answer when we tried to phone them. Second, they told there is breakfast, but there is nothing and I did not see place where they could serve breakfast. Third ,, we did not have hot water in the kitchen , diffcult to wash plattes, glasses and so on. I asked thel to repare it. They say ok , but I m still waiting people to do it !!!! For me main difficulties are : contact , get the keys and false description mainly for the breakfast because from my point of view , it is not punctual because there is no place for it and it is a lie. I do not believe I can go again in this place.

They confirmed my rezervation and after 3 months i receaved a mail that i need to cancel my rezervation because they putted wrong price for apartmant. I didnt want to do that so they because i planned the whole trip. So they sended me another mail that i can cancel it and book new one with new price which was 10 times higher price(booked for 67,40 euro and new price was 700 euros), so i also declined. After that they were sending me mails that my credit card if declined so i changed to another, and after that i got a new mail that second card is also declined so i putted third and last was also declined even all cards all valid by bank and it was not first time i payed hotel or motel in foreign country. At the end they canceled my booking on forcefully way. They are totally unprofesionall and they dont care about guest. I would never ever recommend booking in this property.

I had a booking for this apartment made months ago and have since learned they are now charging £400 more for the same dates. I received a request to cancel which I declined as we have flights booked and a trip planned but now the gomel have cancelled with no reason, I would assume its only as they want to make even more money from guests instead of honouring a valid booking. Clearly they don't care about guests and I would not recommend booking with this property.
