Aparthouse Woźna 11 Old Town

The noise level within the apartment is too high, and the cleaners bang the other apartment doors. So there is constant banging in the morning and could hear people in the other people in their rooms

Provider nie raczył nawet odebrać telefonu - cały kontakt tylko za pomocą sms-ów. Jedyne co potrafił to odsyłać do trip. com. Nie mogłem uzyskać kodów do otwarcia drzwi wejściowych oraz szafki z kluczami do pokoju. Na prośbę pomoc sugerował że jestem *****ą skoro nie mogę uzyskać tego za pomocą aplikacji. Nadmienię , że po zapłaceniu za rezerwację i potwierdzeniu tożsamości otrzymałem kod pin - do kolejnego potwierdzenia tożsamości po wykonaniu telefonu do trip.com - obsługa jedynie w jęz. Angielskim - wersja Azja południowo - wschodnia ( pomimo 20 lat spędzonych w Anglii miałem spory kłopot ze zrozumieniem pani z obsługi - nota bene bardzo miłej ). Jako smaczek dodam , że podróżowałem z moim 90-cio letnim ojcem - dla providera hotelu nie miało to najmniejszego znaczenia. Located in Poznan city center, this aparthouse was a very practical and cheap solution for a late check in (codes sent by sms and email to retrieve keys) and parking. Parking needs to be paid on the side and is less straightforward (if one doesn't have paypal, for instance). The aparthouse is practical and clean. The environment is cozy although not lush. Thin spring mattresses could use a replacement. As I see it, that was the less favorable aspect of the bedroom.

Firstly, it was very hard to find this place. The entrance is in the middle of an old tenement house. There’s no front desk. You have to use cheats to get inside the building and room. I got an e-mail with information and codes to enter long after the check-in time. The room was not clean and the bed and pillows with dirt stains. Very small bathroom and the water in the shower had no pressure so it was even hard to rinse the shampoo from the hair. On the email I got the code to the entrance gate to the parking lot, so I parked my car there in the morning like 8 o’clock , but after a while someone from the hotel staff knocked on my door and told me to pay 300 zlotys to use this spot.Without any explanation, I had to pay this amount literally for 3 hours of parking. The service threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay.Check out was at 11 am. Moments ahead of time, the owner of the apartment came and ordered me to leave my room at that moment because it was almost 11 o'clock. He was very aggressive and confident. He even scared me a little bit. I only spent one night there and I couldn't sleep because there was a restaurant in the building that was open until late at night. It was very loud and outside you can meet a lot of drunk people. when I finally managed to fall asleep, in the morning I was woken up by renovation works outside. I only spent one night there but I will certainly never go back there and I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Pozna

Apartament very clean and modern. A person working there quite rude, asked my family to leave a hall way as there was no visitors policy which was not communicated before our stay. Only one small towel each and two small duvets on a massive bed.

worst experience ever someone came in to my room when i left stole my money changed locks!! i had to pay extra to get back to my room! absolute scam! AVOID THIS PLACE! also black mold in bathroom
