Abbiamo soggiornato a Pasqua. Eravamo un po’ scettici sul fatto che recentemente aveva cambiato gestione ma ci siamo ricreduti, personale molto gentile ogni richiesta è stata esaudita tempestivamente camere molto pulite e ampie bagno con bidet e ogni comfort, macchina del caffè e bollitore a disposizione degli ospiti, frigobar con prima consumazione gratuita. Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata, ristorante elegante e personale molto cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente, ci torneremo

The best hotel ever!! New and Glamorous ! Excellent staff. Large clean rooms. Amazing breakfast & dinner buffets with waterfront views. Has several bar areas with amazing views. Will definitely return.

Tutto positivo. Hotel molto pulito in tutti gli ampi spazi,comuni e stanze assegnate,per di più silenziose. L'albergo aveva un via vai limitato di gente. Arredato con gusto, rinnovato. In stanza, macchina del caffè con cialde utilizzabili e bollitore.Primo consumo frigo bar gratuito. Bella piscina,vasca unica ,grande.Teli e accappatoi gratuiti.Zona relax/saune rinnovata con gusto,bella la palestra. Cibo nella norma,buona la colazione. Personale attento e cortese.

It is not a five store. We booked a superior seaview room. You can see it. Totally crazy. They dod not want to change the room and did not want back the money. And the door are dirty. Nobody is in the hotel

Es wird nur das Abendbuffet in diesem Hotel bewertet, da der eigentliche Aufenthalt im Schwesterhotel Lucija erfolgte und nur das Abendessen im Metropol eingenommen bzw. der Spa-Bereich genutzt wurde. Der Innen-Pool sowie die Whirlpools mit Terrasse und Liegen (unentgeltlich) entsprechen einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt daran nichts zu bemängeln. Im Gegensatz zum angebotenen Abendessen. Am ersten Abend durchgehend bis zum letzten Abend unserer 14 Tage im Hotel gab es jeden Abend mehrere Schüsseln mit Bratkartoffeln auf dem Buffet. Nicht ein einziges Mal Salz- oder Pellkartoffeln, Pommes Frites auch nur zweimal in der gesamten Zeit. Fast jeden Abend wurden Sardinen und ein Mischgemüse ohne jeden Geschmack angeboten. Die klare Brühe, die jeden Abend dastand, war ungenießbar. Die zweite Suppe, die sich auch etliche Male wiederholte, schmeckte nur einige Male. Insgesamt war das Essen fade und ohne jede Würze. Teilweise auch nicht richtig heiß. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Bis zum 05.09. gab es abends Bier vom Fass. Ab 06. 09. dann nicht mehr. Auf die Frage warum nicht, gaben die Servicekräfte unterschiedliche Antworten, die uns nicht zufrieden stellten. Auf die überteuerten Getränke aus Flaschen (0,2 Ltr. Sprite 3,80 €) haben wir verzichtet und gezapftes Bier außerhalb des Hotels getrunken. Das Beste am abendlichen Buffet waren die Nachspeisen in Form von diversen Torten, die auch schmeckten, sowie verschiedenen Eissorten. Alles andere konnte man vergessen. Es sollte sich jeder überlegen, ob er in diesem Hotel eine Halbpension bucht, oder lieber auswärts essen geht. Letzteres wäre die bessere Entscheidung.

Dieses Hotel verdient definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Mir wurde ein Zimmer um € 248,— angeboten. Als ich das Angebot 15 min. Später annehmen wollte, lag der Preis für das selbe Zimmer bei € 424,—. Auf meine Frage, wie das sein kann, bekam ich die Antwort: „Weil Sie das Zimmer ja sowieso brauchen.“ Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, mit beschädigten Möbeln und Türen. Das „reichhaltige“ Frühstücksbüffet fällt sowohl im Angebot als auch in der Qualität eher bescheiden aus. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und schlecht organisiert. Der Check-Out für eine einzige Person dauert eine volle Stunde. Alles in allem eine einzige Frechheit!

This is not a 5-star hotel. They have the potential to be 5 stars, since the facilities are fabulous. Our room was very nice looking with a great view to the hills and to the sea. The “park view” is an understatement, it was a beautiful hillside view. Also the large outdoor pool is fantastic and the breakfast terrace also offers fabulous views to the garden and to the sea. But all this goes to waste, because the staff doesn’t care to make an effort. The breakfast food was leathery and there were no sweets or pastries to have with your coffee. This was a first time with such a poor selection and quality in a 5 star hotel. There is no concierge service, you have to carry your own bags to the room, in a 5 star hotel. The staff was ignorant and rude; they kept asking constantly if we are guests of this hotel. As if we were not good enough to be guests of this hotel so they had to keep snobbishly asking about it all the time. There is no room service in this hotel whatsoever. When we wanted our clothes washed, we call the reception to have somebody pick it up from our room and it will be returned the next day before 18.00 like they promise in the room’s laundry info leaflet. When we called, the receptionist responded by saying it is already late (19.00), so could we bring the laundry to the reception by ourselves. Then the next day, when by 21.00, the laundry bag still had not been returned to our room, we went to the reception to ask about it. It tuns out the bag is there forgotten. The receptionist told us we have to take it to the room by ourselves, as she cannot send anybody to bring it to us and she cannot leave the reception herself. We cannot believe this amount of self-service one has to endure in a 5 star hotel. The reception staff didn’t bother to give us the towel card at the arrival or inform us that we need one when we go to the large outdoor pool. So when we went to the pool, the poolboy informed us that we need the towel card and should walk all the way back up to the huge hill to the hotel reception to get it. It’s ridiculous that they make customers run around like this. The pools are only open till 19.00, which is really odd in a 5 star hotel. There is no reason why they can’t be open till 21 or 22 like in many other hotels, many guests would love to swim and relax in the evening when it’s not so hot anymore. Then the pool staff started shutting down the outdoor pool umbrellas and chairs already at 18.00, even though guests were still using those. The jacuzzi was turned off already at 18.00, even though it was supposed to be open till 19.00. And the employee at the pool refused to turn it back on and claimed they were all in “maintenance”, even though they had water in them. So clearly there was maintenance, just ignorance towards his job. We have paid for the jacuzzi and we want to use it during our stay. You shouldn’t do “maintenance” on all the 3 jacuzzis you have at the same time, so the guests can enjoy at least o
