I have photos of the bathroom walls covered in soap
splatter and hair
the fridge was dirty with sand , toilet duck was just poured in toiilet everything was dusty and the bathroom floor full water when having a shower slipped over and knocked me arm I have bruises not happy will be following this as a further investigation

The Cottage was a beautiful place to stay. Private and quaint. Having your own pool is a bonus. The Cottage was in a great position - easy walk to great dining and shops.

We had a wonderful stay in the Lodge. We especially enjoyed lounging around in the pool, and we got joy out of cooking in the kitchen and around the grill. Fabulous property, quiet and peaceful yet right next to the main street of Port Douglas, so you're just steps from awesome restaurants, bars, and stores. No need for a car! Thanks, guys, for a great time.

This is the best "secret" in Port Douglas. We stayed in the Cottage and it was amazing. It's close to everything, didn't need to take the car out at all. The layout of the Cottage is so well planned. Anything you could possibly need is there for you, down to insect repellent. I would plan our holiday dates around availability of this place. Can't wait to stay again!

Do not book with these people - you will regret it. I made a reservation on May 3rd, which was confirmed and paid for. Then today, July 6th, they cancelled my reservation. They told me that they had double booked the cottage and were cancelling my reservation because of that. Now 2 weeks before my international travel date, my reservation is canceled and I have no place to stay. These people are the worst. I booked through VRBO - what a joke! I would give no stars if I could.

Charming and quiet accommodation, an easy stroll to the Main Street. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. I would definitely recommend and would choose to stay in the Lodge again on a return trip to Port Douglas. Having our own peaceful space to relax in was so lovely. I stayed here with my teenage daughter, and it was great for us each to have our own lovely room.

We just spent ten days in the lodge and have had a fantastic stay- great communication prior to and after arrival. A very well located and appointed lodge with a second property next door if you need more space. The pool is perfect next to a sun deck and all that Port Douglas has to offer is done the street - but you would t know it tucked away in the part of paradise- highly recommend but won’t tell too many people in case it’s booked out for our next visit!!

Extremely close to the beach, great dinning spots and shopping, it’s a beautiful cottage we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door.
There was a beautiful fruit platter and the fridge was also full of cold beverages, l would throughly recommend to anyone wanting a more personalised accomodation experience !!
