Here’s a detailed review; Check in time was 3pm and it was done swiftly. Buggy service was provided to bring you and your luggage up. First impression of the room is that it was still very dusty and the wooden furniture was no longer in good condition. Some of them had severe cracks and some of the wooden planks on the floor were lifted too. The bathroom was very unclean as well. There’s no bathtub but dental kits, toilet rolls, dryer, shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided in there Basic amenities such as robes, towels, tea sachets, glasses, mini fridge, iron and a safe box were provided as well. Private pool was okay but just like the room, the entire area is quite unclean and some of the tiles were chipped off. The pool’s depth is 1.2M and the chlorine would be blasted from the jets around 8.30pm daily so if you were planning on swimming at night, you might not want to. There are a good number of restaurants which is a good 15 minute walk. The nearest ATM would be a little further away at Lotus. The distance from the hotel to the sea is a quick 5 minute walk where you would have to share with the other two hotels nearby (Lexis & Glory Hotel). There’s an opening to the sea within the hotel area but there was a sign that said it’s not advisable to enter so we were unsure what had happened there that it’s now restricted The breakfast provided is okay but definitely not worth RM65. There were a good amount of bread options, cereals, two juices, nasi lemak, noodles, dim sum, mini paus and only three meat options (chicken slices, chicken hotdogs & streaky beef). There’s also a roti canai and egg station outside. Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly but it could’ve been better to update the wooden furniture and make sure it’s properly cleaned with no obvious dust.

My second time at Avillion, stayed at water villa again. I will come back again. I'm very pleased that they have improved their breakfast. 2 years ago they served lousy breakfast but now not anymore. Thanks Avillion for the great time ♥️

Clean hotel but lightings and amenities abit run down. Can do a renovation to upgrad eguest experience. The staff are many, but not well trained. Saw one of the staff spitting on the floor while walking. The rooms clean and the aircond works well. Reception upgraded us to premium water chalet from water chalet. But no sea view. Breakfast was so-so, could be improved, go eat early as many tour groups coming out for breakfast after 8am. Buggy service was perfect and friendly, but need to queue during peak hours. Overall decent experience.

El vestíbulo y la zona del bar son impresionantes. La decoración, aunque moderna, combina bien con el hotel y ha convertido el vestíbulo en un lugar acogedor y relajante. Ahora parece ser un lugar muy popular tanto para los lugareños como para los turistas. Por lo general, optamos por una habitación frente al mar. Nuestros planes son regresar con la mayor frecuencia posible. mejor balneario del planeta. AMO nuestras visitas allí.

It was an impromptu trip hence the choice of hotel is limited. But, we were not disappointed with the hotel at all. The good: parking, rooftop pool, pocket friendly The not so good: breakfast is limited, lack of kitchen crews, limited toiletries, limited tv coverage. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel

Piscina muy concurrida los fines de semana. Puede duch**** durante 40 minutos porque hay demasiada gente. Está bien comer. Pool puede entender sbb muchas org. Es solo una sábana que pica. Sábana xtukar. Las arrugas no se pueden cambiar. Klu nuevo efecto de pliegue nmpk. Klu xtukar nmpk kedut je. Picazón en el sueño. Puedes volver a poner una escoba en cada habitación. Otros pueden ser perdonados. Es solo que el capítulo de sábanas es decepcionante. El niño tiene comezón

La habitación está equipada con 2 habitaciones. No hay gel de ducha también ... sólo champú. Y el estacionamiento es muy limitado. Sólo para evitar perder mi espacio de estacionamiento, tengo que ordenar mi comida a través de la panda alimentaria. En general ... ubicación es buena. Realmente cerca de la playa El reat son todos ok ...

En general, las instalaciones de tp byk están bien y muestra el envejecimiento ... el desayuno de hoy es muy decepcionante ... no se avergüence como un hotel con un estado de 4 estrellas ... por favor mejore
