Rooms are nice. Love the 2 King size beds. The pool was great. Breakfast was good, with Asian and Western. Next time will try the seaview upstairs. I recommend staying here for families get together.

The room was comfortable overall and suitable for our family stay. However, the toilet flushing system required a longer time to flush properly, which could be improved. The breakfast selection was decent, but we found the dishes to be slightly too salty for our preference. With some adjustments to these areas, the overall experience would be much better.

Excellent experience with private space to enjoy the Xmas. Room is big and spacious but some furniture were old.

I was very pleased with staff from Grand Lexis especially with Rekha who was very accommodating and helped me changed my room as I had injured my knee and was unable to go up the stairs to my unit. She managed to give me a unit on the lower floor and that made my stay more comfortable and great. My only issue is the WiFi was intermittent. Breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed the spread.

All 5 star level. Breakfast food superb. I left my phone during check out. Housekeeping very honest by return it to reception.

Check in was smooth. Although they did ask for cash deposit,which I was unaware of. At my end, i should have prepared some cash. But I have been cashless for long time. Reception allowed us to check in, despite zero deposit. The kids enjoyed the pool throughout our stay. We hardly left our room. The first night was scary though due to Senyar Storm. We were hardly able to sleep. The big trees, the long lamp post were swaying. Our floats flew around in the pool. The next day we saw the destruction the Storm caused and we were relieved we were all ok. The rest of the nights,it was beautiful weather. The pool was in need of repairs. The metal cover of the filter came off. The pool bed was sharp. Kids had a few cuts on their feets. The shower area beside the pool need a good washing too. Would prefer if there is a hanging rail for us to dry our swimming clothes.

It was a great stay. The staffs were friendly, room was spacious. Tue resort has a beautiful Seaview.

All goes well with very impressive big room with pool! We had so much fun in the pool. However, the WiFi doesn’t work at all.

The room is spacious and comes with a private pool, perfect for a relaxing and quiet stay. Breakfast is more on the local side — just average. While it’s a good place to unwind, there are limited outdoor activities available.

Everything about the place was amazing. Breakfast was 10/10. I would definitely book again!

resort hotel yg sangat best!!breakfast nice also,but for kids 5 years need to add on for RM23,hmm its ok even kids not eat many or cant take breakfast..budak2 kan,bukan nk mkn sgt,tp ok je lah...bilik sgt best luas sejuk,cuma tersalah tgk type of unit..ter booked upper unit,last minutes booked x brp nk tgk sgt..& forgot to ask reception for change type of room,mybe sbb dah letih penat,pikir nk tdo je kan..all of buggy person sgt membantu angkat luggage,mybe dah training dr awal utk bantu guest!!next time repeat other room pulak!!tq GRAND LEXIS!!!nice & best stay!!!
