Tuve una gran estadía. Solo que había una fuga en el inodoro, pero luego pude cambiar una habitación diferente. La vista era magnífica. Todo el personal fue muy agradable. Vendrá de nuevo

This hotel superb with the great view but I need to highlight few things for future improvement.
1. No carpet inside the room. So it is not comfortable for a long time to stay especially if you bring elderly people.
2. Aircond need to service because it have a quit loud sound during the night.
3. Booked for executive studio room and have king and single bed. The single bed quit big but please provide the blanket for single bed too because its facing straight to the aircond.

Horrible experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. Badly-maintained building and rooms. Entrance door had badly-chipped paint and the door lock looks disgusting and as if it’s going to fall off anytime. Generally everything in the room looks disgusting - from the ironing board to the hairdryer to the bathroom tiles. Grouting was badly needed. Remote controls were sticky. Curtains had a lot of stains and the blankets too. Swimming pool water was murky. They don’t even allow us to have one extra towel. Breakfast experience was horrible as well. Lack of variety and nothing tasted good. They can’t even make the chicken nuggets proper. Definitely not a good experience. I would not stay here again even if it’s for free!

Room is spacious and comfortable.However, slightly dusty. otherwise, everything is perfect. Staff of the restaurant is friendly and easy to approach.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in life. Leaking room from the sink, toilet smell cockroach. Hallway to the room so smelly and dirty. Paid almost RM350 for a night but tv got no remote controller, wrong air conditioning remote controller. Curtain was so dirty. So regret for this hotel room and service.
