Located in the heart of Port Campbell with sea view just beside it, 10min to 12 Apostles, great service and big room

I honestly don't know where to begin with this place- well it has been horrible. 120 euros for this is literally a scam- there is no privacy, stairs right next to the bedroom, super loud as you have both a garage downstairs and another flat upstairs. We arrived a bit after 17 and the reception was already closed and then contacting the after hour number they told us to go to the reception the day after at 9am- nice way to fix the issue. Never again

This town is lovely and the restaurant in front of the hotel was fabulous.

Stayed here for 1 night. We enjoyed the stay as the view is just breath taking. There's heater in the room. The only downside we find that the room is a bit dusty but other than that all is good.

My partner and I had such a beautiful and relaxing weekend here. The villa was beautiful and the lady at reception was fantastic and very helpful. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in such a beautiful location. The convenience of everything being within walking distance was also a bonus. We will definitely be returning and would recommend staying here. I did take a video of the room but it won’t let me upload it. So here is a picture of what was directly across from our room and the dinner we made in the villa.

Very conveniently located a short walk away from the blowhole. The smell of cleaning products and the extremely loud animal sounds at night kept me from having a good night's rest though.

Lovely villa, spacious and everything works. Heater working and we weren’t freezing.

The room is great, super clean and comfortable. The villa is near the twelve apostles. Visit in winter so the town is quiet many restaurants were close. The stair to the room were quite steep, struggle a little with our big luggages.

A great stay at Sea Foam Villas. The penthouse was spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the balcony and we appreciated the convenient location for driving to the 12 Apostles. Slightly older decor but everything worked well.

A little mishap at night. Power trip and we could not figure out which appliance was the trigger. Help came within 30mins and offered another room as backup. Service was good, location excellent. On a clear night , you can see stars right outside your balcony.

Rather old building, but very near the beach, good for stargazing. There’s a free laundry room, and paid to use heater for anyone who’s interested/ requires.

The trip was extremely pleasant. This was the 2nd experience with Sea Form Villas. It would had been better if the shower head was a movable one with piping instead of the fixed showerhead. The fridge had a smell as I believe the previous guest could had put seafood into the freezer compartment. Do have a box of baking soda or a charcoal for guest to detox the smell. Nevertheless, will be back in the future and hopefully these suggestions would be a reality. Keep it up and cheers!
