"We had the most spectacular stay at Aria as part of our honeymoon - it was utter paradise. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly, kind staff. They took time to get to know us and made our stay extra special. Matteo, Christian, Giuseppe, Alice, all the spa staff were just fantastic. Our room was equipped with beautiful amenities and was exceptionally clean, modern and spacious. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room and the selection was fantastic - special shout out the chefs for accommodating my vegan dietary needs. They went out of their way to make off-the-menu items. The spa was brilliant, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the sauna. The treatments were also top quality. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were great too. We ate at La Musa one evening and enjoyed every course. The setting is quiet and intimate. I would highly recommend booking one meal there during your stay. We will no doubt be returning! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special!"

"we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty. This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
