Festa Pomorie Resort

It was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool with a view to the sea.

El hotel está situado directamente junto a la playa y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para unas vacaciones agradables y relajadas. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y era acogedora. El personal fue amable y educado. Un agradecimiento especial a Katya en la recepción por su gran actitud: siempre sonriente y receptiva. ¡Volveremos el próximo verano!

Primera vez en Bulgaria y reservé unas vacaciones sorpresa para el 60 cumpleaños de mis hermanas en Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel situado en primera línea de mar, simplemente salga de su apartamento directamente a la playa de arena y nade en el Mar *****. Apartamento suite espacioso y impecablemente limpio todo lo necesario en las habitaciones. Kate en recepción muy servicial. María en el restaurante nos atendió muy bien, siempre acogedora y atenta. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y volveremos Oona Irlanda

It is hard to guess that it is a 4 star hotel in any European country. The pool is left to "clean itself", full of sand and there is no control over it. And the food!?!? Better not try it. It's cooked the same in a slightly different form and the taste is lacking :/

The location of this hotel is excellent, directly on the beach. If you get bored at the pool, you can simply walk a few meters, and you’ll be at the beach. The rooms were clean, and cleaning ladies changed our towels every day. And if you want to go to one of the nearby cities, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is not 4 starts as advertised. The room was good and clean although the towels were never changed during our stay nor was the room cleaned. The staff at reception were very nice and polite. The staff in the breakfast restaurant however looked miserable and fed up. There were 2 coffee machines only one of which was working (although there was never milk in the machine). One morning the machine stopped working and we couldnt get coffee at all. When I asked for a coffee from the bar I was told I had to pay for it (which I have paid for when I booked breakfast included). I had to complain at reception and only then I was given coffee. The staff at the bar wanted to help but had no authority to do so. The gym was filthy.

The hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Unfortunately the cleaning didn't work at all. The room was dirty and the furniture were old and broken. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and they tried to ram in next morning like 8AM. Usually people are still sleeping that early. We did have a kitchenette, but we could not use it, because they didn't share any kitchenware. The pool is nice and works with kids, allthough there is sand on the bottom. Breakfast is served pretty early and the quality of the food is sadly poor. I buyed few drinks at the daytime, but they couldn't even make them taste no else than water mixed into some juice extract. Basically the breakfast tries to be continental, but fails to do so. Only thing that saved something from a total disaster was hotels private beach. You could easily take a sunbed and dive to the ocean without a worry to watch after your valuables. And after the ocean take a fresh dip to the pool while stepping back to your hotel room. At evening time I suggest take a 2,5km walk to Pomorie's center. It is nice place to spend evening with kids and take a good dinner. This hotel has a potential to be better and fancyer, but it would need a lot improvement and renovation. Unfortunately I give no more than 3 stars to this hotel.

Great hotel at a great price. Beach is right next to the swimming pool. Water was clean and also clear.... Front desk staff was great. Will return once in Pomorie again. Highly recommend. Thanks Vesco
