The facilities are also complete, including swimming pools, tennis courts and golf courses. Just make a reservation for dinner in advance otherwise it closes very early. The first floor is dark. Free parking is available and suitable for self-driving tours. You need to bring some food with you, as the supermarket is far away."

"We arrived at 10pm. It was raining and cold. The property reception was locked with a sign with a phone number to call for emergencies. I figured not being able to check in was worthy of a call. A polite member of staff informed me that they were in the Guesthouse and would be over in 15 minutes. That wasn’t what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel but not to worry. We got into our room. It is quite aged, in need of a renovation. But again, not to worry. However, the experience got significantly worse when I went downstairs to ask where to go for breakfast. The staff member rudely explained that the breakfast that I paid an extra $120 for was already in the room the night before. It was two pieces of bread, some jam and two packets of cereal. I don’t eat bread/gluten. The restaurant was apparently closed for renovations and allegedly they tried (on several occasions I was rudely told) to contact ******* to inform me but because I’m somehow a lesser guest for booking through *******, they didn’t pass me the message so too bad for me / don’t use a booking agent. I asked for a refund for today’s breakfast but agin was snapped at saying “no”. It’s not so much about the restaurant being closed, not being informed when I booked, the aged room etc, it’s the service (or lack of) that can let any place down."

"¿Quién considera esto un hotel de 4 estrellas? El Best Western Motel sería mucho mejor que las habitaciones que tienen. Me pregunto por qué la gente le ha dado una puntuación tan alta. Nos alojamos en una habitación Olive Groove, con una cama incómoda, un inodoro roto que no funciona y el cabezal de la ducha estaba bajo, así que si eres alto estarás incómodo. El baño es viejo, los grifos no cierran y solo funcionan en cierto ángulo... y el televisor de la habitación es una broma, el tamaño es como un monitor LCD, simplemente patético. Nos despertamos por la mañana con dolor de espalda debido al incómodo colchón suelto. No hay vestíbulo, la recepción está en un bar y parece un lugar viejo y necesitado de reformas. Evítalo si buscas una estancia cómoda y memorable. Sinceramente, este hotel debería emitir un reembolso, ya que no refleja fielmente lo que se promociona en sus sitios web y es muy engañoso. El servicio... no existe... tienes que ir a buscar los servicios que necesitas, ya que solo hay un empleado."

"Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas con un parking muy bien enfrente de la unidad. La cama estaba muy cómoda. El té y el café básicos y algunos pan corto. La ubicación está en minutos de los Jardines de HV y en todas partes era fácilmente accesible por coche, por supuesto. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Entra en Mercure 1 km abajo de la carretera y tiene una mesa de piscina y un bar."
