A pesar de la agradable, si un poco aburrido, habitaciones y una ubicación conveniente, recomendaría elegir otro hotel hasta que la gestión mejore su mantenimiento y servicio. Después de que la electricidad fallara en nuestra primera habitación, necesitando un duche por teléfono móvil, finalmente nos movieron a una nueva habitación (después de varias solicitudes), que tenía un termostat que extinguía un código de error y un lector de claves de la habitación que cayó en el pasillo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

No es un hotel reciente, pero en comparación con el BW más moderno que hemos permanecido en la noche anterior tiene 5 puntos muy positivos en su favor: 1) no hay una puerta de deslizamiento entre dormitorio y WC, sino dos puertas reales! (Hay una calle entre el dormitorio y el corredor del hotel). 2) Hay un acoplamiento eléctrico que hace que la habitación sea muy oscura! Nos enfrentamos a un patio que estaba tranquilo 3) el parque de coches de la ciudad junto a la puerta (no el parque de coches de hotel) se adapta a los coches de más de 2m y es muy barato 4) El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no tiene una gran expectativa en la decoración o la modernidad.

Decepcionante, NO COMERCIAL!! Reservé 3 habitaciones del 28 al 30 de diciembre pasado y me retiré de la suma que debía pagar el 24 de diciembre . El 29 de diciembre tuve que cancelar una habitación por RAZÓN DE COVID y naturalmente pedí el reembolso.... y me respondió que el precio que recibí era irrevocable y no reembolsable hasta 5 días antes de la llegada Desde cuándo Puede prever una persona positiva hasta 5 días antes de la llegada....... y me ofreció excepcionalmente el 11 de enero un aplazamiento antes de finales de febrero 2022.....

When you arrive by train it is not far away, however, there is a steep hill ahead of you. However, you can easily take a bus or taxi from the station. The location of the hotel is great and close to the city center and nice restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, however, I was missing windows, because now my windows were right to another dark room (a conference room?). Breakfast is great and has fresh orange juice etc. Service was very friendly and I would stay here again. I also liked the atmosphere and the idea of being an environmentally friendly hotel.

Had very low expectations because of all the bad reviews. However it's not that bad or I was lucky. The room was small (but it's normal for an Ibis) but fortunately there was no street noise or serious malfunctions. The room wasn't too hot although it was +30 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. I know I'm in France but this is an international chain hotel in a touristic city (Poitiers is very nice and underrated, by the way). One more thing - my stay cost me 25 EUR. If the price was 2-3 times higher, perhaps I would be more picky.

De camino a Normandía paramos en Poitiers y escogimos este hotel para pasar una noche. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en la misma Plaza del Ayuntamiento. No tiene parking propio, pero a pocos metros puedes dejar tu coche en el parking del ayuntamiento a un módico precio (9€ desde las 17 horas hasta las 10 del día siguiente). Es el típico hotel francés con fachada de piedra, una vez cruzas la entrada te encuentras con estancias muy pequeñas, incluido el ascensor, pero reformadas. Nuestra habitación triple estaba en la segunda planta, con vistas a la plaza del ayuntamiento. Su decoración es igual a la de las fotos que aparece en la web del hotel. Descansamos muy bien (colchón muy cómodo) y pese a su ubicación tan céntrica no tuvimos problemas con ruidos. No escogimos la opción de desayuno (en ese caso te lo sirven en la habitación) ; en la misma plaza del ayuntamiento hay varias cafeterías para hacerlo. Recomendable para una estancia corta por su buena relación calidad/precio

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es muy limpio. Personal de la familia muy amable y sonriente. Alquilamos 3 habitaciones 210 110 y 109. El 210 está muy bien situado, baño limpio pero para refrescarse para tener más d 🌟. La 110 con moqueta pero muy limpia. muy caliente también felizmente presencia ventilador SB muy bien. La persona en la recepción realmente agradable debido a un pequeño error de impuesto nos ofreció gentilmente a mí y a mis hijos vienneses y zumo de naranja. Gracias por aconsejar a este hotel por su acogida y limpieza.

La estación ferroviaria tiene conexión directa con el aeropuerto de París por TGV, pero tiene en cuenta que la SNCF tiene frecuentes retrasos y cancelaciones

WE stayed here overnight in May 2022 and it was a good call. The room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. The only hot drinks available were from a vending machine which weren't great but there is a supermarked across the road, a restaurant attached to the ibis next door and a wonderful patisserie just across the car park (Beautiful pastries and coffee for breakfast). Although this is not the most luxurious hotel it was great value for money and we would certainly stay there again.

We had an awesome stay at Clos des Moulins. The location was great - walkable to the center of Poitiers. Our room was lovely, super clean, and we were given our own parking space. Philippe, our host, was outstanding, and it is clear that he is passionate about making every guest's experience wonderful. The breakfasts that he prepared each morning were nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend Clos des Moulins for anyone staying in the Poitiers area.

The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. I know I'm in France but this is an international chain hotel in a touristic city (Poitiers is very nice and underrated, by the way). One more thing - my stay cost me 25 EUR. If the price was 2-3 times higher, perhaps I would be more picky.

A pesar de la agradable, si un poco aburrido, habitaciones y una ubicación conveniente, recomendaría elegir otro hotel hasta que la gestión mejore su mantenimiento y servicio. Después de que la electricidad fallara en nuestra primera habitación, necesitando un duche por teléfono móvil, finalmente nos movieron a una nueva habitación (después de varias solicitudes), que tenía un termostat que extinguía un código de error y un lector de claves de la habitación que cayó en el pasillo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

De camino a Normandía paramos en Poitiers y escogimos este hotel para pasar una noche. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en la misma Plaza del Ayuntamiento. No tiene parking propio, pero a pocos metros puedes dejar tu coche en el parking del ayuntamiento a un módico precio (9€ desde las 17 horas hasta las 10 del día siguiente). Es el típico hotel francés con fachada de piedra, una vez cruzas la entrada te encuentras con estancias muy pequeñas, incluido el ascensor, pero reformadas. Nuestra habitación triple estaba en la segunda planta, con vistas a la plaza del ayuntamiento. Su decoración es igual a la de las fotos que aparece en la web del hotel. Descansamos muy bien (colchón muy cómodo) y pese a su ubicación tan céntrica no tuvimos problemas con ruidos. No escogimos la opción de desayuno (en ese caso te lo sirven en la habitación) ; en la misma plaza del ayuntamiento hay varias cafeterías para hacerlo. Recomendable para una estancia corta por su buena relación calidad/precio

El hotel dispone de camas separadas, baño limpio y brillante, cocina con todas las herramientas necesarias, nevera, horno.

When you arrive by train it is not far away, however, there is a steep hill ahead of you. However, you can easily take a bus or taxi from the station. The location of the hotel is great and close to the city center and nice restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, however, I was missing windows, because now my windows were right to another dark room (a conference room?). Breakfast is great and has fresh orange juice etc. Service was very friendly and I would stay here again. I also liked the atmosphere and the idea of being an environmentally friendly hotel.

Had very low expectations because of all the bad reviews. However it's not that bad or I was lucky. The room was small (but it's normal for an Ibis) but fortunately there was no street noise or serious malfunctions. The room wasn't too hot although it was +30 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. No es un hotel reciente, pero en comparación con el BW más moderno que hemos permanecido en la noche anterior tiene 5 puntos muy positivos en su favor: 1) no hay una puerta de deslizamiento entre dormitorio y WC, sino dos puertas reales! (Hay una calle entre el dormitorio y el corredor del hotel). 2) Hay un acoplamiento eléctrico que hace que la habitación sea muy oscura! Nos enfrentamos a un patio que estaba tranquilo 3) el parque de coches de la ciudad junto a la puerta (no el parque de coches de hotel) se adapta a los coches de más de 2m y es muy barato 4) El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no tiene una gran expectativa en la decoración o la modernidad.

WE stayed here overnight in May 2022 and it was a good call. The room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. The only hot drinks available were from a vending machine which weren't great but there is a supermarked across the road, a restaurant attached to the ibis next door and a wonderful patisserie just across the car park (Beautiful pastries and coffee for breakfast). Although this is not the most luxurious hotel it was great value for money and we would certainly stay there again.

We had an awesome stay at Clos des Moulins. The location was great - walkable to the center of Poitiers. Our room was lovely, super clean, and we were given our own parking space. Philippe, our host, was outstanding, and it is clear that he is passionate about making every guest's experience wonderful. The breakfasts that he prepared each morning were nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend Clos des Moulins for anyone staying in the Poitiers area.

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es muy limpio. Personal de la familia muy amable y sonriente. Alquilamos 3 habitaciones 210 110 y 109. El 210 está muy bien situado, baño limpio pero para refrescarse para tener más d 🌟. La 110 con moqueta pero muy limpia. muy caliente también felizmente presencia ventilador SB muy bien. La persona en la recepción realmente agradable debido a un pequeño error de impuesto nos ofreció gentilmente a mí y a mis hijos vienneses y zumo de naranja. Gracias por aconsejar a este hotel por su acogida y limpieza.
