"This is a wonderful small hotel in a terrific central location right off the main square. Be advised that you walk into the restaurant at first and then have to take the stairs up to reception on the next level. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was very nice as well- you could even order eggs freshly made. Don't sleep on the main level restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner- I had a wonderful lunch here on my last day. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Pilsen!"

"We stayed in this hotel at short notice with no expectations, a booking elsewhere having fallen through, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Only one downside: the tram line outside our room was a bit noisy so earplugs would be a good idea for all but the soundest sleepers. That aside, we were very impressed. The room and en suite were both very spacious and clean. Both rooms have great character and pleasant lighting. The breakfast (included in the room price) is a highlight. There’s a tremendous array of breads, fruits, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurts and so on. Plus there are generous servings of cooked foods on request. Service was very friendly and as non-Czech speakers we were grateful for the staff being able to speak English. We highly recommend this hotel."
