We had a very pleasant New Year stay. The hotel is boutique type, small, permitting a bit more personal care to the guests. The rooms are not big, but clean, tidy and comfortable.. Very friendly professional staff. Good breakfast (we liked especially the various bruschetta). Free parking not far away. The hotel rightly presents itself as an art hotel with originals of famous Bulgarian contemporary painters in the rooms and breakfast place. The location just in the heart of old Plovdiv near the Roman theatre is very convenient for tourists (though the steep cobblestone streets with some stairs may be not too convenient for older people with some moving difficulties).

El Hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes días, personal muy cordial y atento, habla español, excelente ubicación, muy confortable y amplios los dormitorios, muy buen desayuno con todo tipo de productos, no tiene muchas habitaciones reservar con tiempo

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff who treated us as their own friends, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and would not change it for any other hotel in Plovdiv. Special thank you to Vladimir Kochanov the Manager who attended to whatever requirements we asked for. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

the bathrooms fall apart in pieces and the height to enter the bathtub is not safe, you can fall and break something. los cuartos de baño se desarman a trozos y la altura para entrar en la bañera no es segura te puedes caer y romperte algo. ​

We have been staying in this place for several years and we love it more an more. The beds are very comfortable, the reception and service very friendly, the breakfast fresh and tasty. We have stayed at IHG hotels around the world,and, frankly, this is one of the best for the money. Congratulations to the management, thanks to the staff!

During my recent business trip to Bulgaria with my Italian partners, we discovered a great new hotel. The quality of the rooms was fantastic, with amenities such as a coffee machine, complimentary water bottles, flip-flops, and shoe-cleaning sponges. The parking was well-organized and innovative, with electronic recognition of license plates. You are asked by email the day before your arrival to send your plate information to the reception before arrival, and your car will be automatically recognized at the entry zone. The hotel also boasts fantastic restaurants and the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have experienced in Bulgaria. Overall, this hotel is one of the best new options for business travel in the country. The same ownership as the nearby Jagerhof craft brewery and restaurant is also great. Keep in mind the restaurant is super popular in Plovdiv and often full. They make some of the best beer in Bulgaria; Germany built the beer production facility everything with Bavarian equipment and technology. As the city of Plovdiv has been booming in recent years, hotels like this are so much-needed

Hotel Landmark Creek Hotel @ Spa (Plovdiv - Bulgaria) Muy gratamente impresionados con este hotel de nueva construcción a las afueras de Plovdiv, en un área de expansión de la ciudad. Un 4* con unas habitaciones inmensas (soy viajero de hoteles, por turismo y por trabajo, y pocas he conocido tan grandes). Todo nuevo en el hotel y que además dispone de múltiples servicios de habitación, más acordes con una categoría superior. Minibar con múltiples licores, refrescos, snacks, chocolates, etc., caja fuerte, albornoces y zapatillas de baño, útiles para limpiar zapatos… Wifi libre (sin contraseñas, ni emails) con 47/48 Mbps en bajadas y 35/38 Mbps en subidas. Quizás uno de los defectos que encontré es que no tiene bases de enchufes eléctricos en la encimera del baño para afeitadoras, cepillos de dientes, etc. Un poco extraño esto en un hotel nuevo…. El baño de nuestra habitación tenía un enchufe detrás de la puerta, bajo unos colgadores, pero en la pared opuesta a la encimera y sin sitio para posar nada. Curiosamente el hotel, atendiendo a nuestra reseña en la petición de reserva, no nos puso sólo ‘doble almohada’, sino que nos puso 4 por cabeza! Fácil aparcamiento en el exterior y también parking gratuito propio del hotel en un recinto anejo; este fue uno de los filtros en la reserva, pues iba con coche de renting. Para el desayuno, DE TODO, cantidad de embutidos y salado, dulce, frutas de todo tipo, frutas en conserva, tomates…. variedad y abundancia total en un comedor luminoso y que también permite desayunar en su terraza, disfrutando del paisaje con el canal de agua y la naturaleza. Este hotel merece la pena por su tranquilidad, por sus instalaciones nuevas, por la amplitud de sus habitaciones, por su wifi que permite ver en streaming sin retenciones. Importante llevar coche si te alojas en él, pues hay 5/6 km. a la zona de ambiente de Plovdiv. El gran canal de agua a su lado le da un encanto especial.
