Nuestra habitación #604. 1. Esperó, 1 hora para la llave en la recepción sin personal 2. 1 llave para la puerta, si vuelve a casa dividida, siempre debe bajar y abrir. 3. La habitación se limpia 1 vez en una semana 4. No hay papel higiénico 5. La cama no está hecha a la llegada 6. Nadie en la recepción durante toda la semana 7. No hay información sobre el apartamento en la habitación

On arrival got worried as there was no reception open but contacted my holiday supplier and got given information how to get keys from a safe the rest in my opinion was fantastic way and beyond what I expected for the money paid there was 3 of us expecting 2 beds and a sofa bed but shocked to see 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each living area good with a tv (mostly spanish) sofa relaxing chair 4 bar stools kitchen basic but all you need Inc microwave toaster all essentials beds and towels changed twice in a week. We was on the top floor serviced by 2 lifts lovley view over the Atlantic, pool very nice and clean all in all brilliant value for money wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Would never book this hotel again...NO aircon or the offer of one, the temp most days was mid 40s one day even reaching 50 (due to Calima) night time was just unbearable and had to buy small fan to at least be able to sleep a little. In this day and age, and in the intense heat of GC this is unacceptable. Room had no mirror apart from small one above bathroom sink, only way to check my attire was in reflection of patio doors....ridiculous.... Very rowdy guests next door to me for all of my 9 days stay and a police incident on our 2nd night (domestic, I think). As many, many previous reviews state....you get what you pay for, I should have taken heed of them. PROS - apar**ent is clean, staff are very friendly, pool area good but very busy and not enough umbrellas, we spent most of the time on the lovey beach. Have also noticed the hotel do not respond to any reviews either good or bad, am guessing they don't actually care...
