We stayed here for a long time, unfortunately we had quite a few problems. First of all, during the night we were woken up at least 6-7 times by our neighbors due to shouting, shouting or simply talking in a loud voice. When we reported this to the President of the Community he NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER apologized for what had happened and very coldly told us that he would take care of it, often even a little annoyed. We were called back because the children were running into the pool and playing with each other, they threatened to ban us. After that, another 3-4 times in the pool some guests made a ruckus, shouting, pushing, swearing, swearing. Even on that occasion we made this known to the President but even these times he NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER apologized and simply replied again that he was taking care of it. Another problem, WI-FI costs €30 per month and only two people can have access. So basically we could have the TV plugged in and one other person. My wife and I constantly had to go out and back in with WI-FI because we couldn't both stay connected. Furthermore, we often had problems with the line and we had to call the technician several times who, to tell the truth, always made himself available to solve the problem. However, it remains a SHAME to pay €30 a month and only two people can be connected. AN ABSURD SHAME! For the rest, everything is quite good, the attitude of the President remains shameful as he has NEVER and I underline NEVER EVER EVER apologized for anything and often responded in a very ANNOYED manner. The location for a couple is ideal. It feels like you’re in the heart of everything and the bus for the airport is almost at your doorstep. There is a spar shop on the other side of the building which is useful. We had a ground floor apartment with pool access almost opposite our balcony. The apartment was serviced which we didn’t realise and we had returned on a few occasions to it being cleaned, new towels, bed covers, etc. I think anyone who stays here won’t be disappointed with their choice.
