The hotel is very clean and is in a good location near the Irish centre/kebash centre there are plenty of places to eat, drink and enjoy entertainment within minutes also a spar shop 1 minute down the road. The beach was 7mins on the flat (turn left out of hotel next left and follow that Rd straight down there is lift down to the beach or a ramp and steap steps - there are lots of beach restaurants and tourist shops. I paid for a premium pool view room and requested a high floor, we got a premium room on the ground floor it had a garden view (couldn't see the pool) room 23 to be honest after thinking about it and having a good look round the room decided we'd keep it I liked the patio and sun loungers literally outside the room. The room was lovely decorated modernly had ceiling fans in both the lounge and twin bedroom, also had little slated windows that could be left open. The beds were comfortable. The best shower I think we'd every had on holiday. Large tv we took our fire stick all worked fine I did pay £18 for the WiFi for 3 devices for the week and was good no problems. Didn't bother with the safe that was 12 euros. Kitchen was equipped with hob, full size fridge, kettle coffee machine. Also had a small washing up liquid a Tea towel and dish cloth left and a large bottle of water in the room - nice touch. Cleaning ladies came every other day and did a great job I did have to request clean towels a few times but no biggy. We did hear some noise at night til the early hours but not to bad it's in a location with alot going on so it's to be expected. The pool area was lovely sun all day there is parasols and loads of loungers never a problem getting one and plenty of space. The life gaurds are super strict seem to be constantly telling someone off, children aren't allowed balls or floats there are some woggles for use. The first 4 days we did have a ball and so did a few others but day 5 a different life guard turned up and that was the fun other with, such a shame my 12 year old was pretty miffed because of this I wouldn't visit with a child again it's chilled for adults though. The pool it self was chilly on getting in but once in we could stay in for an hour or more - it does have heating little warm jets. The little kids pool is like a bath. Pool snack bar is good value not massive portions though, also sells Icecreams. Weather end of March was 22 degrees, windy but warm we had one shower and a cloudy afternoon in the evening it was chilly take a cardi/jacket. So good for a chilled pool vibe and central location just wouldn't recommend for children/families.
