Han pasado 15 años desde mi último viaje a Tenerife y los comentarios a continuación se basan en experiencias internacionales de hoteles de cinco estrellas en todo el mundo. Entonces, esto es lo que experimenté en esta reserva: - Positivos 1. Proceso de entrada/salida rápido y profesional. 2. Acceso directo a la playa a través del área de la piscina. 3. El buffet de desayuno con opciones de asientos internos y externos fue excelente. 4. El entretenimiento nocturno entre las 21:00 y las 23:00 horas fue bueno. Negativos 1. Asignó R3101 a su llegada e ingresó para encontrar que la bañera estaba extremadamente sucia y requerida limpieza con solvente para eliminar una gran acumulación de suciedad de escamas de agua alrededor del área del tapón (aprox. 200 mm India). La causa raíz de este problema es una fuga de la conexión de la manguera de la ducha que aún no se ha solucionado. 2. La televisión estaba encendida y no se podía apagar. Esto fue corregido por Mantenimiento cambiando las baterías dentro el control remoto. 3. El mecanismo del émbolo del fregadero estaba roto y me mostraron cómo quitar el tapón diariamente una vez limpieza limpió la habitación. 4. El mecanismo de bloqueo de la puerta corrediza del balcón está roto y es extremadamente difícil de abrir/cerrar. 5. Solo uno, sí, una toalla de piscina proporcionada / invitado en la piscina a través de una tarjeta de plástico que debe enviar intercambio en el toallero de la piscina. Si olvida esta tarjeta, es un viaje de regreso a la habitación. Consejos generales de viaje. 1. El taxi desde el aeropuerto TFS hasta el hotel cuesta 25 euros por trayecto. 2. Hard Rock Café ubicado al lado (£££). 3. Excelentes restaurantes italianos, tailandeses, japoneses y británicos ubicados en el segundo piso el complejo comercial al otro lado de la calle del hotel (££££)

Es un hotel increíble. Además de la calidad del desayuno, de sus instalaciones y de los servicios que ofrece, los empleados son una maravilla. Un trato de primera, muy cercano y profesional. Por otro lado, casi todas las habitaciones cuentan con una terraza com vistas, dónde poder disfrutar del buen tiempo y relax. Más no podíamos pedir para disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones en familia.

arrival 11th October, the hotel sits on higher ground skirting the golf course it owns. The reception is beautiful and the doorman helpful. Room 6 a duplex suite is in my opinion the worst room of the complex, having no brochure views of the pool or golf course from which we decided upon this Suite. I pointed this out to the reception and asked for a different room. Only 4 in the hotel so no move. Downgrade us to give us a view was met with a denial hotel full, even though other guests were being moved throughout the week, Jet2 was no help here as the complaint was addressed 3 days into holiday. My view on the hotel. is mixed, a beautiful building filled with wonderful guests but the management in particular have an air of arrogance. The restaurant matradee one good one bad, no names mentioned, we did comment on this, the waiting staff were excellent and at the end of the week we will miss them. Other guests suggested we check our bill and indeed it was wrong,but put right upon clarification. The tvs for us in english kept dropping out and the bedroom tv did not give us english for the first 2 days until it was fixed. The air con is adequate and a haven to cool off in this exceptional week of hot weather for the time of year. but it does not attain the set temp rate. and 21 degs was best we could get during the night time. and given the size of the rooms it never will. it looks to be a central controlled system. The golf course was a pleasure to play, variation and elevation nicely set around some water features, you a paired with other golfers from the hotel with fill in from external bookings, it is also reasonably priced given the buggy is free to use during your stay at the hotel, Pool and bar for us was used to dip and cool off and never looked overcrowded. The terrace dining experience was fantastic watching the sunsets as we ate over an hour for the 3 course fare of offer. enough variation for a week. but Felt some of the specials were not to the stannard of the set al a carte menu. In all, a fine hotel with a relaxing atmosphere but away from the centre of anything. shortcomings spoilt this experience which doesn't come cheap.

I found staff excellent but went with Thomson didn't know you had to be premium for certain things felt like a second class customer, could of up graded for £30 a day and we had late check out so asked to keep room on as we both need shower facilities I thought €30 to have room until 3pm was a bit steep

Отель популярных, большой, шумный, удобно расположен. Началось знакомство с отеля с негатива. Бронировали номер на 3х. Добрались до отеля в 2 часа ночи, благо ресепшен работает круглосуточно. Выданный номер встретил нас тараканами! На ресепшен не сильно охотно поменяли, сказав что мест особо нет, но выдали номер на 3м этаже с хорошим видом, где краешком видно море. Но в номере бельё было только на 2х. Будучи уставшими поделили 2 комплекта на 3х и с утра вернулись на ресепшен с просьбой выдать третий комплект. Однако, на ресепшен решили выдать нам другой просторный номер в соседних 2х-этажных корпусах с террасой на крыше. Что в принципе нас и устроило. Оказалось всё не так плохо, несмотря на то что отель не новый и довольно шумный. Номера просторные, есть оборудованная кухня, шум с улицы сильно не досаждал. Уборка несколько раз в неделю. Расположение у отеля хорошее, есть и где прокатную машину запарковать (после небольшого поиска свободного места), за углом большие магазины, автобусная остановка, до пляжа 5-7 минут пешком. Отдохнули хорошо! Цена в принципе соответствует уровню. Про питание ничего не скажу, т.к. брали без питания.

We had booked and paid for a 5 day stay at the 4 Star Coral Ocean View but for some reason (which we are still trying to ascertain from the hotel chain) we were moved here. The Coral California is a 2 Star hotel at best and clearly a lesser hotel as to the one we should have been staying in. From reading other reviews it looks like the Coral Hotels make a habit of accepting bookings and then moving guests without prior notification or any valid reason and think this is acceptable. We had booked for a special occasion which I had emailed the hotel about prior to travelling but there was no acknowledgement from the hotel at all that it was my partner's 60th birthday which was very disappointing. Despite several visits to the reception, emails to the central reservations and even a trip to another hotel to try and locate the manager Coral Hotels left us to fend for ourselves. We had been dumped at the Coral California having no idea about the area that we were in or where anything was nearby. We were 1.5km away from where we should have been so all our plans had to change. The Coral California is an average hotel with zero facilities apart from a pool. If you're happy sunbathing like sardines in a shaded area then this is the place for you. We ended up going to the beach every day. There were no activities available at the Coral California. When we asked for pool towels the California refused to lend us any. We hadn’t packed towels in our suitcases as they were part of the package at the Coral Ocean View so we had to buy some whilst we were there. There was construction work going on around the hotel which was noisy. We had an active crane outside our front door, rubble and construction materials in constant view and signs everywhere to say the hotel was under construction. There was also something strange in the wardrobe carcase. We informed the receptionist about it on the very first day and asked whether it could be removed but it was still there when we left and had been ignored by the cleaners. We had no air conditioning, and the wardrobe was also missing its doors. The breakfast was inedible, the selection was poor and it was the same thing every day which had clearly been sat there for far too long. The bread was stale and very limited. It was also obvious that certain items of food were being reheated in the microwave when they had gone cold. Even the cold food either had a funny colour or funny taste to it. It was pretty vile and the same thing was dished up every day. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked for a map and we were told to Google everything despite there being a pad of maps behind the reception. When we asked for one it was given to us but not willingly. You are unable to request a late check out and the hotels alternative facilities were not good enough. Your luggage is stored ”securely” in a storage room where there are fridges and food so people are constantly in and out leavin

La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. El estilo de decoración también tiene características locales. Aunque el hotel tiene un poco de historia, está muy limpio. El desayuno y la cena buffet incluidos en el precio de la habitación también son muy asequibles. Es muy adecuado para personas que viajan aquí por primera vez. Recomendado

Alquilamos 2 “suites” para una despedida de soltera, y fue un desastre absoluto. En primer lugar teníamos una reserva para el Spa del hotel y cuando llegamos con la novia nos dicen que el spa está lleno y no lo pudimos usar. En ninguna de las 2 habitaciones funcionaba el mini bar, pedimos que viniese un técnico y este nunca llegó, con lo que pedimos hielo y cubiteras y nos dijeron que no tenían… Un hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene hielo ni cubiteras? Así que tuvimos que ir a una tienda a comprar hielo. Pedimos un cuchillo y tampoco tenían. Después de estar quejándonos durante todo el día por fin conseguimos a las 9 de la noche un pequeño cubo con hielo, ósea que si tenían hielo pero no nos lo querían dar. La luz se fue a las 00 de la noche, y no disponen de generador para las habitaciones solo para la recepción, todas las casas y bares de la zona tenían luz menos el hotel, estuvimos sin luz toda la noche y todo el día siguiente, con lo cual no pudimos cargar ni el móvil ni ningún otro dispositivo. El hotel tampoco disponía de linternas y después de reclamar conseguimos 3 velas. Atención al cliente pésima, servicios del hotel pésimos, compensaciones ninguna… Hotel literalmente para giris, ya que les da absolutamente igual el confort de sus clientes. Y que lo pongan la excusa del ciclón ya que el resto de hoteles de la zona sí disponían de luz, hielo, cubiteras y cuchillos. Error haber reservado con ustedes. Que pena que no se puedan poner ceros, ya que es lo que se merecen por estropear semejante evento!

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación. A unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. El apartamento que nos quedamos fue muy limpio y básico. Los limpiadores hacen un gran trabajo y todo el personal del hotel son muy amables y útiles. La zona del bar cerca de la piscina es buena y hay comida disponible. La comida es buena y no cara. La habitación que hemos permanecido estaba cerca del ascensor y fue ruido todo el día. Se requiere un depósito de 30 euros por persona. La televisor es de 10 euros. He encontrado que los depósitos son una inconveniente. En general tuvimos una buena estancia. El hotel es lo que esperamos. Se podrían hacer mejoras menores.
