"Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was included and was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with free sunbeds on the garden from the third row in, for paying hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast for €9.50. Was delicious. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!"

"La habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y completa. La AC fue agradable después de un largo día de sol. La habitación tiene una máquina Nespresso, que da un sentimiento muy lujoso para comenzar su día con café en cama lol. Hay una televisión inteligente en ambas partes de la habitación. El servicio, literalmente no puedo encontrar nada malo para decir. La recepción, el tipo de desayuno, todas las damas de la casa, los cocineros, las cafeterías, las gracias de fondo de mi corazón. El hotel está situado en una zona ocupada, hay mucha tráfico. Está cerca de la playa, no muy adecuado, no es tan móvil quizás. Sólo tuvimos unas vacaciones frías, hizo una hermosa eco tortuga con tours Nefis( muy recomendado!). Si alquila un coche, puede explorar esta hermosa isla."

"¡Acabamos de regresar de unas vacaciones fantásticas en Plaza Pallas y no podemos recomendarlo lo suficientemente alto! La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta Situada justo en el corazón de la bosqueta de Tsilivi, a sólo dos minutos a pie de una hermosa promenade a la playa, con restaurantes y bares increíbles en la puerta. La habitación era maravillosa, limpia, espaciosa y servida diariamente. La zona de la piscina es llena de camas de sol, piscina dedicada para niños e incluso una familia de tortugas en el lugar, pero lo que realmente separa este hotel es el personal fantástico. Desde la recepción hasta las hermosas damas del desayuno, todos van por encima y por encima para hacerte sentir como una familia. Recomendamos que se tome una copa en el Bar Sambuca adjunto, donde la atmósfera energética y la música en vivo hacen un brillante entretenimiento de la noche a la mañana. Nos volveremos sin duda."

"Estaba 1 semana A/I durante las vacaciones de la escuela de verano. 2A, 2C (13&15) Muy limpia, moderna habitación. Frigorífico, cocina, secador de pelo y cabello en la habitación. La comida era excelente. Muy opción para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. La cerveza, el vino, el té/café y los jugos disponibles en el restaurante-ayuden a usted mismo. El personal en el restaurante es amigable y atento. El gerente estaba a menudo alrededor para asegurar que todos los huéspedes estaban felices. Piscinas agradables. Realmente le gustaba la cerveza en todos inclusive. La piscina está equipada con una piscina de 2 estrellas y una piscina de 2 estrellas. Lotes de tiendas, bares y restaurantes fuera del hotel. Disfrutamos de bebidas en algunos restaurantes hermosos la noche. Recomendamos Lakinthos (bar frontal de la playa), la cocina de Anna para un ambiente maravilloso y el palacio para la atmósfera. El autobús se detiene por todas partes. €2.20 cada camino a Zakynthos (en efectivo o tarjeta). Alquiló un barco del puerto. Reserva con antelación. €160 por 5 horas (sufficiente tiempo para llegar al desguace y las cuevas azul) entonces €70 por combustible. Muy experiencia. Tome una licencia de conducción. Civili es muy familiar. Mini golf, Luna Fun Park con encaixable y pequeñas caminatas, parque de agua cerca."

"Just back from a fab week at the palazetto suites. We had the best room over looking the beach ! Our room was bright with stunning sea views . The beds were very comfortable & room was cleaned every day with fresh towels . The bathrooms could be doing with an upgrade but it didn’t spoil our time here . We only ate breakfast here & the dining room is lovely decorated with plenty of choice for breakfast . The pool area was lovely, especially as it’s adult only so no kids in your pool . It’s literally a few steps down to the beach & there is a fab beach bar Seau adjoined to the hotel where we had some great lunches & drinks . Fab holiday & we look forward to returning here in September ."

"Well, we're reluctantly flying home today and I've no doubt we'll be back. It's a small, clean and friendly all inclusive in a quiet part of the resort and the peace and quiet here was great. Entertainment is held at the hotel opposite, so we enjoyed the best of both worlds. The food was better than expected and the restaurant staff were spot on. We also loved the fact that there are so many different nationalities here, gives it an international feel. The room was spotless, no sunbed wars, two lovely pools and the resident baby swallows, Sam and Sally, were so sweet. We recommend!"

"Lovely, stylish apartments with all amenities you need. The studios above the pool have a great view and the ground apartments are surrounded with nature and lemon trees. The apartments were cleaned every day. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Ideal location, within walking distance for the whole of the resort and all of the lovely restaurants. The staff cook and serve nice food at the pool bar and drinks are a reasonable price. We loved our stay, thank you"

Planos Hotel

"Arrived at this hotel today. We’ve only been here six hours and can’t wait to leave! On being dropped off by coach it was a bit confusing because the hotel is set over three buildings and opposite each other. The male receptionist was welcoming. The hotel has ‘3’ pools, the main pool is busy, small and there were not any beds available. It seems towels are not provided as all guests seemed to have their own (something I’ve never seen in a hotel). We arrived at 2.30 and we told we had missed lunch but snacks would be available at 4pm, interesting as we’ve never been to an AI where food wasn’t served all day. The snacks turned out to be sandwiches which were highly undesirable. The veggie option was a piece of lettuce and a bit of tomato, quite dreadful. Our room was ok, but the toilet seat and shower are broken. We have a balcony but it’s not private and overlooks other rooms and is also over looked by other rooms, the hotel has a weird layout. There is a rooftop bar with a very shallow small ‘pool’ all inclusive drinks are not served at this venue we had to buy them. On arrival at the pool bar we were greeted by a very unfriendly and unhelpful female. The AI drinks list is very limited with only four ‘cocktails’ available, the drinks are tasteless. I asked if I could have my drink in a glass and I was told in no uncertain terms that the plastic beakers were for AI and the glasses were available if you paid for different drinks. We’ve never had to drink out of plastic beakers before, it’s degrading. This evening we went for dinner and to be honest had very little hope of anything good, we were not proved wrong. The buffet food is tepid and unaspiring, even the Greek salad didn’t look appetising, this is hard to comprehend. The staff were nice but clearly not enough to cover the amount of guests. I had to find my own chair, cutlery and placemat. I even had to hunt down a member of staff to order drinks. We’ve stayed in many AI hotels in many countries but we have to say this is by far the worst. It definitely isn’t a 4 star, a 2 at the most. I would definitely recommend not opting for AI and saving your money to go out for nice food and drinks. We have asked our tour company to try and find us an alternative hotel and we absolutely cannot stay here, it’s extremely disappointing. We work hard to pay for holidays and this has already ruined our trip. It’s below par for sure. We were so surprised as the reviews seemed positive, people must be writing about a different place! I’ve never written such a bad review in my life. I regret choosing this hotel and only hope we can be moved to something more appropriate."
