Stayed here for 1 night in August to see Pisa before flying home after a wedding holiday, and we honestly could have stayed for a week. It was perfect to be able to relax and decompress after a busy trip in such an impressive hotel with pool grounds on the edge of Pisa. It was easy to get in and out of the centre of Pisa, the walk was fine in the day (you do have to use an underpass but plenty of other people are also using it). At night we opted for taxis, the underpass had a bit to do with this but also it was just easier for us all dressed for dinner. Our room honestly felt like luxury, this place is an absolute gem for those who want a high standard hotel whilst seeing Pisa. would 10000% recommend. Only criticism - the roof is underused. There's a disused bar that's completely empty and a handful of seats. We couldn't believe this as it was absolutely beautiful at sunset. They could definitely utilise this more to give the hotel that extra wow factor. We'd have definitely made us of it if it were running.

Sabíamos que es un Hostal y que por ello no se puede exigir tanto como a un hotel, pero nos ha deja bastante que desear. La primero te cobran 3€/maleta cada vez que la quieres dejar. La sorpresa es que nuestra habitación, que tenía baño privado, no te dan toallas ni gel/champú. Alquiler una mísera toalla son 4€. La habitación, aún estando en la última planta, es super ruidosa ya que está junto a la vía del tren y además las puertas no insonorizan el ruido de la gente del Hostal. La cafetería que tiene es alho cara, a unos pasos encuentras cosas mejores. Te informan que no puedes introducir de la calle ni comidas ni bebidas. Cuando haces el check-in te dan un juego de sábanas para cada uno para que las subas y te hagas la cama, y te dicen que cuando te vayas a ir del hostal Las bajes tú y las dejes en un cesto de ropa. La distancia a la estación de tren es muy próxima, pero para ir al centro está muy lejos y más si quieres estar yendo y viniendo a descansar. No lo te lo recomiendo ya que vas subando extras y por ese precio tendras mejores opciones.

As stated in other reviews the hotel is pretty basic. However it is clearly rated as 2 star and is not trying to deceive. The room and beds were clean and comfortable enough. The air conditioning was very good. There was a large bath towel for each person. The hand and bidet towels in the bathroom were tea towel material. Perfectly adequate and we had no issues. Despite reports that there were no power sockets, we had one each beside the beds and there were a further two beside the desk. No problem charging phones and the wifi was fine. The hotel is very well located. It took about 15/20 mins to walk to the Pisa Centrale train station. £38 euros for 2 adult returns to Florence an hour journey if you catch the quick train. About 30 mins to Lucca. A 5 minute walk from the hotel and you are at the Tower. It was extremely busy during the day. Each evening after dinner we walked the few minutes to the Tower. Lovely - still a buzz about it but much quieter. The hotel restaurant had good pizza. The street behind is pedestrianised and there are loads of eateries. We enjoyed our stay. Not luxury but we felt comfortable and safe. What more can you ask.

Este hotel, ahora llamado Hotel Villa Tower Inn , es definitivamente un hotel 3-star -- como se indica en la descripción de Trip Advisor aquí y NO 4-star como sugiere su logotipo y promociones. Supongo que puede ser un hotel decente 3-star: guay, cerca de las únicas atracciones reales que te atraen a Pisa, fácil de encontrar, con recepción 24-hour, un minibar, TV LCD, etc. En algunas opiniones entiendo que hay habitaciones renovadas. No 207, aunque el baño deportivo actualizado acomodaciones. La pintura está envejecida y el decoro es ”encantador” donde el encanto se pone para ”subpar” como ”antiguo” para ”antiguo”. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no es muy fácil de encontrar en el hotel. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos, los metropolitanos y los metropolitanos. Es 3” de la altura de 8” de un río de basketball. (Mesuraba.) ¿Cómo un huésped sería apto para dormir es una pregunta diferente ... La habitación tiene lo que parece ser un pequeño anemico A/C que parece ser sorprendente hasta el trabajo al menos durante la noche. No es posible que el hotel pueda estar a la altura de mis expectativas de un hotel 4-star. . No debería tener que ... a menos que, por supuesto, su logotipo sugiere que tiene 4-stars.

This hotel is very well situated in Pisa. We arrived via the bus from Pietransina (after arriving from Bologna on Flixbus) and it was a short walk from the river with our suitcases. The room was nice and large. It was not noisy at all as the hotel is in a quiet piazza opposite the palace of justice. The staff were very friendly and the Aperol sprtitz is only 4Eur. The bed was super comfy and the room came with a fridge. The bathroom was good and had a hairdryer. All towels were changed daily. On leaving to go to the train station, the bus stop is two minutes away on the back of the palace of justice. Would definitely stay again.

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, y esto es sin duda un aspecto positivo. Dicho esto: la gestión es extremadamente vacía. Primero nos entregaron la llave de una habitación que estaba ocupada: entramos y encontramos las cosas de otras personas. Entreganos -sin una excusa, el recepcionista dijo ”tenía dolor de cabeza”- la llave de otro de estos ”mini apartamentos”, nos encontramos en un cuarto con cocina pero sin ningún pantalón o pentolín incluso sólo para calentar un poco de agua, con una máquina de expresso dotada de n.2 cápsulas para café (justo heh: sólo una noche 2 personas = 2 cápsulas y parada) no un the no una camioneta ... 2 cápsulas para el expresso y basta, Si no te gustan tus caballos (trabajará con tantas extranjeras, y le deja encontrar un cocinero y dos bolsas de té- siempre 2 heh no digo que exagerar) En el cajón para las pongas 1 forro y 1 cuchillo. En el refrigerador 2 botellas de agua. Y para terminar 1 toalla grande y 1 toalla pequeña para dos personas. Entonces le pedimos otro par de toallas y por caridad: nos lo dieron. Este hotel no es barato, se hace pagar. Sobre todo se vende como ”apartment hotel”: te golpean en una habitación sin sujeción (ni siquiera un cartel con la pw del wi-fi) con un desnudo y aburrido y alrededor de la mitad de los accesorios de derecho (secador, un par de cocinas extra, Una cuchara para la ducha) Esta mañana dejé la llave en una recepción vacía porque la recepcionista estaba fumando fuera. Estaba allí, con su perro, hablando por teléfono ... No me parece una manera profesional de estar en el trabajo. De todos modos, está cerca del aeropuerto, y sigue siendo este punto de fondo.
