Como resumen: prefiero gastar más dinero y tomar el Kempinski de al lado. Este hotel ”Lifeclass” es gloria desvanecida. La vista al mar era una vista en una antigua terraza de la piscina ... La situación del estacionamiento es como ya se describió. La cita de la recepción: ”tenemos un aparcamiento en el hotel, para encontrar un espacio libre, buena suerte”. Positivo: Terme se ve bien y renovado desde fuera y el desayuno era bueno.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas con un buen servicio, un hotel de 2 estrellas con un buen servicio y un buen servicio. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. Lara y Sebastian, etc., siempre sonriendo y felizes en la recepción, Natasa y otros agentes del bar fueron excelentes. Todos nuestros requisitos fueron fijos, todo es posible, me alegro de conocer a personas tan positivas y agradables como nos conocimos en el Barbara Piran Hotel en Eslovenia. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, pero el mar, tienen grandes desayunos y en todas las zonas huele hermoso. Natasa y su personal detrás del bar diario son impeccables! Me preocupaba el estacionamiento del coche, pero todo estaba seguro como prometido. ¡Si tienes problemas, llama a la fantástica Lara, ella está casi siempre allí, ella te ayudará, como siempre me han ayudado! This is not a 5-star hotel. They have the potential to be 5 stars, since the facilities are fabulous. Our room was very nice looking with a great view to the hills and to the sea. The “park view” is an understatement, it was a beautiful hillside view. Also the large outdoor pool is fantastic and the breakfast terrace also offers fabulous views to the garden and to the sea. But all this goes to waste, because the staff doesn’t care to make an effort. The breakfast food was leathery and there were no sweets or pastries to have with your coffee. This was a first time with such a poor selection and quality in a 5 star hotel. There is no concierge service, you have to carry your own bags to the room, in a 5 star hotel. The staff was ignorant and rude; they kept asking constantly if we are guests of this hotel. As if we were not good enough to be guests of this hotel so they had to keep snobbishly asking about it all the time. There is no room service in this hotel whatsoever. When we wanted our clothes washed, we call the reception to have somebody pick it up from our room and it will be returned the next day before 18.00 like they promise in the room’s laundry info leaflet. When we called, the receptionist responded by saying it is already late (19.00), so could we bring the laundry to the reception by ourselves. Then the next day, when by 21.00, the laundry bag still had not been returned to our room, we went to the reception to ask about it. It tuns out the bag is there forgotten. The receptionist told us we have to take it to the room by ourselves, as she cannot send anybody to bring it to us and she cannot leave the reception herself. We cannot believe this amount of self-service one has to endure in a 5 star hotel. The reception staff didn’t bother to give us the towel card at the arrival or inform us that we need one when we go to the large outdoor pool. So when we went to the pool, the poolboy informed us that we need the towel card and should walk all the way back up to the huge hill to the hotel reception to get it. It’s ridiculous that they make customers run around like this. The pools are only open till 19.00, which is really odd in a 5 star hotel. There is no reason why they can’t be open till 21 or 22 like in many other hotels, many guests would love to swim and relax in the evening when it’s not so hot anymore. Then the pool staff started shutting down the outdoor pool umbrellas and chairs already at 18.00, even though guests were still using those. The jacuzzi was turned off already at 18.00, even though it was supposed to be open till 19.00. And the employee at the pool refused to turn it back on and claimed they were all in “maintenance”, even though they had water in them. So clearly there was maintenance, just ignorance towards his job. We have paid for the jacuzzi and we want to use it during our stay. You shouldn’t do “maintenance” on all the 3 jacuzzis you have at the same time, so the guests can enjoy at least o

El desayuno es muy rico, la vista al mar también es muy buena y el personal es acogedor. Los restaurantes cercanos son buenos.

I have been visit Histrion hotel every years since 2009 until 2019 when Corona started. Now I was in a renovated hotel for the first time and my impression is very positive. The new design is excellent and in line with the world trend. I stayed at the hotel from 13.07 to 18.07.2023. Positive things: The rooms are well decorated, functional, with a nice bathroom and an excellent air conditioning system. The new restaurant is the best part of the new/renovated hotel. The choice of food is better than before for the two class, as is the service of the staff. Negative things: - do you have to charge hotel guests 10 euros per day for a parasol? I paid room 335 euros per day HB, but you could not give me parasol free?! - The situation is the same with the parking lot in garage. IT was always free or max 5 eur per day. Now you charge 10 euros per day. It's not 100% inflation for a parking space to charge so much. - The refrigerator in the room did not work and if I complaid for it immediately, the staff did not solve. In the end, they gave me a 5% discount. That's ok, but I needed a refrigerator and cold drinks at 35 deg C, as it was in July. These are small things, but they greatly affect the rating of your hotel. I hope that the next time I come (certainly by the end of 2023) these things will be corrected! Aleksandar

We were visiting the Slovenian Coast for 5 Nights as a couple with a dog. We opted for a hotel in a more quiet location compared with portoroz - Izola etc.... What a great choice! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful renovated and looks like a new place. All is well and feels new - from the Restaurant, Lobby and the Rooms! (and awesome Salt chambers..) We chose a double room with balcony, which in those hot days were great for the early mornings or later evenings! (plus a big help in drying beach towels and clothes!) The room was nice, safe and mini bar fridge all available. Good shower - and for outdoor 38 degrees heat a perfectly working Air Con!! That's a real bonus! The Food (Breakfast was an enough wide selection) and the Dinner (mixed à la carte & sushi) must be stated was amazingly nice cooked, real top quality chef! if you like to dine out or eat in the evenings out just a 10-minute walk is the Ancaran Townsquare with a handful of nice Bars, Italian, Local Speciality Restaurant and so on. ＞All one needs! But the best ist still straight down from the hotel, the small bar on the beach! - So! - most over all I like to mention the feeling being a few days away from home in this place made us really relaxed and the best of the hotel is the people who work there!! - from the welcome reception team to the bar & restaurant staff and the housekeepers - all were at every time friendly and engaged! Overall, the Owner or Manager of this Hotel should be happy to have exactly this team working there now! They are awesome people with a good sense of hospitality! I would try to keep them! From the hotel you can walk in 3-5 minutes to a nice calm, quiet beach with another nice Restaurant and Bar (directly overlooking the Bay of Ancaran, Koper and so on) which was a lovely scenery!). The water was crystal clean and perfect temperature, and each time coming back to the hotel felt simply nice. Having travelled over 100s of times and stayed in 2-5 star hotels all over - this is definitely a place to go back. You just have to know what you are looking for and what kind of entertainment one wants. If you choose wisely, and you look for a bit more quiet place and not overloaded with people - and good drinks, food etc... than this is your destination! Thank you Team Ortus for the great stay. El desayuno buffet es sin duda menos en cantidad que otros hoteles de Croacia ofrecen en Rijeka, pero la comida es GOOD y fresca, hay cereales, huevos abrasados, yogur, queso, pan, carne, jugos y café HOT que sabora grande. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metros de la ciudad. Abrimos las ventanas porque se enfria bien a la noche, pero no hay pantallas, así que los mosquitos entran, así que es una captura 22: ser caliente o ser mordido por errores.
