En este momento, sólo había vuelto 4 1/2 horas y luego había conducido 2 horas y caminó el otro lado del día. Y como prometido, en la mañana no había agua caliente para nuestros duches. Es una cosa tener problemas como éste y dejarme saberlo antes. Podría haber cambiado mi reserva a una HIE diferente. Pero esperando hasta que llegue a decirme me hizo sentir encerrado. Como nota de lado, una de mis cosas favoritas sobre la estancia express HIE es la máquina de panqueque y incluso eso fue roto. El desayuno también fue extraño sin huevos y una variedad de otras ofertas extrañas. En el lado bueno, tenían los mejores rollos de cenámen que he tenido allí y el lugar era muy limpio.

I stayed in the Casita room which had a separate living room and was separate from the main building so I felt like I had plenty of space for myself but I could also chat with the other guests at breakfast. Dina hizo bonitos muffines de plátanos y había snacks y mucho agua botellada que podíamos disfrutar durante el día que realmente aprecié. El hotel se siente como mi casa en Tucson, con Wi-Fi gratuito, mini refrigerador, cafetera, microondas, aire acondicionado y 2 TVs en mi habitación y Dina fue absolutamente la mejor hostal. El hotel de la ciudad de Tucson, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, es un hotel de 2 estrellas. No me quedaría en otro lugar.

Check in service was friendly, servers were sweet, and room-service was prompt. However, staff is totally lacking in any hospitality training and it is obvious that the hotel (i can't say it's a resort) is using the pandemic as an excuse to employ less staff and therefore, not provide cleaning in guest rooms, as well as, no obvious santitization in common areas. The common areas are unclean; the lounge and breakfast restaurant floors were dirty every morning. We chose a 'resort' expecting at least an effort in these areas. Instead we're paying a resort fee as a handout for nothing in return. We booked a junior suite for our family. Though we asked for mountain views on a top floor, we got no view on a ground floor at the bldg entrance. Our check-in staff said 'but we upgraded you to a suite' till we pointed out that we had booked it and it was not an upgrade. Food is mediocre--at best. Our food order was messed up both times we ordered (hence we did not order any more); red chile fundido container came to us upside down in a bag; our tortilla soup came to us without queso, tortilla *****s or black beans and tasted like it was out of a can; flourless chocolate torte came on a plate pasted in coffee icing; and breakfast parfait was a spoon of yogurt with sweetened granola and honey and doused in over-sweet fruit jam that did not seem fresh.

En agosto tuve una estupenda estancia relajada durante una semana cuando me quedé en Tucson mientras mi hijo comenzó como un fresco en la Universidad de Arizona. El Inn es sólo un par de bloques de paseo de la Universidad en el barrio de Sam Hughes, que me sentí muy seguro a pasear por mí mismo. El Inn es un verdadero oasis en el desierto, con un hermoso jardín, una piscina brillante, un magnífico desayuno de 3 curso cocinado por Dina cada mañana y espaciosos, dormitorios inmaculadamente limpios hermosamente decorados con artesanías y mobiliario local Arizona . I stayed in the Casita room which had a separate living room and was separate from the main building so I felt like I had plenty of space for myself but I could also chat with the other guests at breakfast. Dina hizo bonitos muffines de plátanos y había snacks y mucho agua botellada que podíamos disfrutar durante el día que realmente aprecié. Soy miembro de Platinum Elite y alberga varias habitaciones en Holiday Inn Express (HIE) porque sé lo que tengo cada una de ellas. El personal es uno de los mejores que he interaccionado con en años en un hotel. Amigable y parece que le importa la experiencia de los huéspedes. No sólo 1 o 2 pero todos ellos. Simplemente clasifican en el personal de las propiedades en las que he permanecido. El hotel es esencialmente el mismo que todos los lugares de interés. Las habitaciones son las mismas en todas las propiedades con un sentimiento ”local” al lobby y piscina. La piscina estaba abierta y la zona de lobby/desayuno limpia y cómoda. La habitación en la que estaba podría utilizar una actualización pero en general lo estimaría promedio en todas las propiedades que yo. hay permanecido en. HIE ofrece el mismo desayuno caliente en todas partes, pero tiene un menú rotatorio para varias variaciones en varias estancias nocturnas. Es una comida 5 estrellas ...no pero te llenará y te mantendrá a la hora de almorzar. En general es un buen lugar para pasar la noche, sin embargo la habitación que nos asignaron estaba situada justo en la entrada externa hacia el corredor principal que lleva a las habitaciones, por ello el ruido fue constante toda la noche, sin mencionar que los vecinos de arriba no pararon de arrastrar cosas por el piso y brincar sin parar desde las 12:30 am hasta las 4:00 am, además la madera del techo crujía con cada paso que daban los de la habitación de arriba. No se brindo un servicio de house keeping por lo que no tuvimos toallas limpias ni papel higiénico adicional para nuestro segundo día de estancia. Las camas son realmente incómodas.
