The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

Mi esposo y yo fuimos un fin de semana y el lugar es súper limpio , cerca de todo , y el personal muy amable, no único malo es que el baño es muy pequeño , el lavamanos está a fuera . Pero lo demás está muy bien y barato .

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They were quick to respond to any request we had. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good location and easy to get to all spots of interest. Our new go to property when we visit Pigeon Forge.

The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Love that rooms have the balcony view! Breakfast was hot and ready.

Easy, friendly check-in. Also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the creek. Very pretty. Families may like the split room design-2 queen beds with a bathroom in the middle. Each queen bed has some privacy. We would stay here again.

This hotel was nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. Location made it easy to get to all our destinations and being on the river was very great. Breakfast was nice. Despite all of the nice things I can say about this hotel there are two reasons why I would not opt to stay here again. Not because of anything bad it’s just two comfort reasons for my husband and I. First, the steel metal bed frame with the super firm mattress. We both have back issues and we both woke up in pain both mornings. Next, the “mini” toilet in the bathroom. I’ve never seen such a small low to the ground toilet. When your tall with back issues it was hard to use. Needless to say, it was a nice hotel I would recommend if you don’t have issues with those two items but I wouldn’t stay again just for my own comfort level.

We loved our stay here very large clean room.Nice hot breakfast. Location was close to everything. Beautiful views from the balcony. Everyone who we came in contact working there were so friendly. We will definitely be staying here our next time we come down.
