Precioso hotel frente al mar, con terrazas hermosas. Es en Piano di Sorrento , queda a 5 minutos en tren del centro de Sorrento. Los trenes pasan constantemente así q es muy fácil ir y venir si uno quiere. Nos alojamos en una habitación hacia atrás con vista a las montañas, es un hotel limpio , silencioso, familiar , con buen desayuno . Cada habitación tiene terraza privada , con mesa y sillas. Cuenta con el mejor frigiobar que hemos tenido en nuestros viajes, realmente enfría muy bien y con este calor , es gratificante algo helado. Exactamente abajo del hotel hay pizzería y a 3 cuadras market, esto hace que te puedas llevar al hotel comida y abaratar costos. Muy importante resaltar el trato de TODO el personal, maravilloso, solucionando y asesorando en todo. Sin duda MUY RECOMENDABLE!!

This quaint hotel is fantastic, our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful views. We would recommend anyone staying in Piano di Sorrento stay here, the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to cater to us. The food at the adjoining restaurant was fantastic and it also came with beautiful views. The hotel was local to the train station, a small supermarket and the harbour, making it an ideal location. We had a fantastic experience and would 100% stay at Hotel Klein Wein again.

We had a meal at the roof top restaurant on the 5th floor & I have to say the sliced beef dish was very tasty....we were a little underwhelmed by the desserts but the views more than made up for it! Good value for money! Very friendly staff who accommodated us while we waited for the restaurant to open.

The hotel is basic and clean, and the reception staff could not be more helpful. The views from the sea room and the restaurant are lovely. We dined in the restaurant one night also and it was surprisingly good food and good value too. Breakfast could be improved (especially the coffee!) and so could the waiter service in the main restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening. Fortunately the cafe downstairs does a great coffee (and pizza) and exceptional service. Overall was good value. Has a lot of potential to be excellent.

Recently stayed for a week at the hotel and had a great experience with this hotel! The staff in particular are extremely friendly and helpful! The room was basic but spacious and very clean- it had everything you needed! The only slightly negative aspect was the breakfast which was the same everyday and could have had a better selection. By train and bus, it's easy to reach sorrento from here ( piano di sorrento) however, the public transport is extremely unreliable with the trains/buses often not showing up, so be prepared to walk the 40 minutes into Sorrento as we had to do a few times ( not the hotel's fault, just an observation). Would definitely recommend this place just for the staff alone.

The hotel is located in a nice position in Piano di Sorrento - very close to the beach and to Villa Fondi park, and 10 minutes drive from downtown Sorrento. The hotel is super clean. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a breathtaking view from the 5th floor, i.e. the floor where you will have breakfast and their restaurant is located (they also have a restaurant). Only remark, the wifi signal was weak - I was on the 1st floor. Nevertheless great value for money
