Value for money! Breakfast buffet is very good!
7 eleven right outside hotel , cheap 24h laundry service along road.. cheap food , market .. very good street !! mby bit far from bangla road and beach but its in walking distance.
But the smell of mold was terrible!! we had 2 nights and lot of activities to do , so never complained to change rooms… if all rooms has mold smell its not a place to stay longer!?m
Please fix your mold problem!!! definitely book again of mold smells goes away….

Really loved this hotel, the hospitality was really welcoming. We were guided right up to our room.
There’s 2 pools, I think the old wing isn’t for guest stay now, new wing is beautiful. Only problem cannot drink your own drinks by the pool. Need to buy from hotel. Other that that totally recommend!

Love this hotel. location is perfect, 8mins walk to patong beach. they have 2 pools for you to choose. staffs are friendly and kind, especially the bartenders by the pool. breakfast buffet was nice and there were variety of options. Overall, this hotel is perfect for me, will definitely book again the next time Im in Phuket.

Breakfast: Some items are not filled up for more than 40 minutes, but at the same time, the staff starts to urge\ you to leave already after 20 minutes in the breakfast room.
Housekeeping removes the old towels but does not provide new ones.
Housekeeping removes spoons when exchanging the cups, afterwards, management asks for compensation
Hotel insisted, that no Check-In before 14:00 can take place. After waiting until 14:00 p.m., I was then informed, that my room is still not ready - this is an information which could already had been shared in the beginning.

Perfect location, next to plenty of 7/11s and a 24 hr food restaurant which has a variety of foods & drinks + cheap.. Walking distance to Bangla Road, Patong Beach and No. 6 Restaurant.
Beds were comfortable with a daily cleaning service for each room. The breakfast buffet was average but perfect to stay full of food till dinner..
Tourist guide was helpful but would also recommend checking out other options to get an idea of other activities + package deals / cheap prices..
