Solo negocio, no entienden de problemas globales o de guerras. Si no puedes ir porque cierran el aeropuerto pierdes tu dinero y tus vacaciones. No me parece justo igual que a ellos no les parecerá justa mi valoración. Un poco de empatía hacia los clientes les puede hacer ganar más prestigio. The hotel’s location was perfect, but it was an old establishment with a mosquito problem. There was also a persistent moldy smell throughout the hotel. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to address them. The location was great, and for the price of $50, it was a good value for money. However, the hotel definitely needs a refresh.

Very bad hotel wearing a nice hotel costume. They do not maintain, their room cleaning is as basic as you can imagine and the facility is just old and bad. Won’t ever come back to this disgusting hotel

Hotel in excellent location for local buses and Patak Rd for many restaurants, tailors ect. Hotel a little tired looking but still very comfortable. My room was at the back of the complex and very quiet. Breakfast offerings poor in my opinion. A better selection of fresh fruit could be offered and plain yoghurt ( only sweet, strawberry was available.) No fresh fruit juice, only diluted by the look of it- but didn't try. Cereal wise, only cornflakes and they were stale. Much hot food available but mainly fried apart from boiled eggs. Scrambled eggs were not good - eggs in my opinion need to be freshly cooked preferably at an egg station. All staff very friendly and attentive. Not a bad experience but could be better

I think this property isn’t wall maintained but also one receptionist is very rude and shouts so I definitely do not recommend.

the room is spacious clean and well equipped, location is perfect, the long uninterrupted karon beach is just across the road. Staff are very courteous, helpful always at hand if service required. Not a totally detailed philosophy hotel but adequately comfortable. Breakfast could be extended in variety and quality.
