Good location. Very big hotel, rooms are big too. Friendly staff and perfect breakfast. Pool is clean and big.

Room is very large than I expected. Great value!!
I only booked one night with breakfast (but I cannot to have a breakfast because my diving schedule 🥲） The hotel’s located near Rawai beach. There’re a big swimming pool.
When I arrived, they took a long time to check in but it’s ok not too bad.

It was a pleasant experience. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was spacious , adults & kids can have a good time there . There’s a bar in the pool . The buffet breakfast was fascinating , a lot of variations . They changed the menu on the second day . They have free shuttle service to the beaches and apparently u can walk around to get food . All the amenities are nearby . The receptionist even offered us for a free hotel upgrade . U can go to yanui beach using free bus the hotel provides and it is so beautiful. Sandy white beaches . Big Buddha is 20 km away from the hotel . U can rent a bike (250 bhat / 1 day) .prom cape is walking distance from yanui beach , if u enjoy walking if not u can always hitchhike..that’s what we did hehe .. hotel staff were friendly. We will definitely come again to the e hotel . Thank u trip.com

Breakfast was nice, hotel room was really nice. Staff were a little unwelcoming. Also had to change room key 6 times because it stopped working a lot. They let us check out late though. Oh and the taxi service at the lobby is very expensive, use bolt.

was friendly and helpful. We had a room with the pool access, unfortunately the bed sheets wasn’t clean as expected but after informing the staff they changed them immediately. The Gym need some renovation for sure….

My time at the Rawai Palm Beach Resort left much to be desired due to insufficient cleanliness. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the cleaning service fell short. Stains and dust were clearly visible. The overall appearance of the building suggested aging and neglect. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my unsatisfactory experience.

Had a very good stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort. Room was very comfortable with a nice view of the pool. Rained a bit while I was there but really enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading, very good vibes. Good location, very convenient to get to different beaches in the area. Short walk to restaurants and bars along the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.
