10 mins from airport is the best choice. The room was spacious and clean. With toiletries and bottles of water. There were a fridge too. Sea side with restorants on the beach and massages. Walking distance there is a 7-eleven, pharmacy.

Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street. The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a strip of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.

This used to be a quiet and sleepy village with a tourist off-season. Now, it is bustling and packed with tourist signage, restaurants, and shops and seems more crowded. This hotel has a restaurant in the back right on the beach. The food is ok with tourist prices (you can walk down just 100 meters to a great restaurant) but the setting is fantastic. Beware, the path from the street/front of hotel/restaurant goes right past the rooms in a little hallway. Get a room on the 2nd floor if possible. The rooms are ok and nothing to rave about. It can feel claustrophobic since the only tiny window opens directly to a cement wall and you'd keep the main entrance/sliding doors closed and covered for privacy. It is very dark at night.

We arrived late evening and get our room easily.This was the room for 4 people with two big beds and nice furniture.The toilet and shower room was spacious and clean .it was a big fridge at the room.next day we asked about to check out later 1,5 hour and reception lady give us later check out for f4ee.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops and bars all around. I prefer this location which has two pools over any other hotel in Naiyang.

Постараюсь быть объективным. Выбирал отель за два дня до прилёта, поэтому был ограничен в выборе, но хотелось попасть именно на этот пляж. Раньше он был достаточно малолюден, сейчас ситуация, конечно, изменилась Итак жирные плюсы : -Близость к пляжу (вышел из номера- попал сразу на потрясающий пляж и обалденное море. - В целом красивое место, несмотря на увеличивающийся турпоток в этом месте. Уходя влево можно попасть на живописный островок, вправо-сделаете потрясающие фото на фоне садящихся самолётов.Недалеко действующий буддистский храм. - рядом всевозможные магазинчики и кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк, а также ночной рынок. -По сравнению с Патонгом достаточно мало(пока) людей. Рекомендуется семьям с детьми. Минусы (сразу отмечу,что был в одном номере,поэтому в общем картина по в других номерах может быть и другой: -Когда отель пишет,что в номере есть окно,он лукавит...лучше бы его вообще не было, потому что открывается сантиметров на 30 и то на лестницу, и на кусок грязного забора, а по ночам за ним происходят какие то разборки местного населения с душераздирающим криками)Спать так себе конечно..... -идёт ремонт в соседних номерах, перешагивая и перепрыгивая через кучи строительных материалов и грязные лужи не очень комфортно -Убитое бельё и мебель....ну имейте уважение к гостям, за эту цену хотя бы одеяла поменяйте..... -Стеклянная входная дверь.....мне,здоровому мужику, по большому счёту наверное не так страшно, девушкам может быть некомфортно..... -в душе плохо уходит вода, заливает по щиколотку весь пол и возле унитаза и возле мойки.... - слышимость просто нереальная....как будто в одном номере с соседями..... -В целом грязновато и неряшливо,идёшь по коридору, а вокруг всё разбросано,неухожено и т.д.... Девочки с ресепшена старались, но вот остался какой то негатив после проживания. Возможно после ремонта будет лучше.

酒店的地理位置非常棒。離機場很近，步行不到1分鐘就能到達沙灘。非常適合在海邊玩耍、休息放鬆。附近有很多便利店和餐廳，還有夜市攤位，十分熱鬧、有趣。 海面平靜，海水淺，非常適合孩子遊玩。 不足之處是：酒店內沒有洗衣機，淋浴水温偏低，而且下水管道堵塞，水無法順利排出，甚至溢到廁所那邊。

Всё отлично!!! Остонавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз..В основном сразу по прилету отдохнуть несколько дней по прилёту на Пхукет или перед самым вылетом т.к. до аэропорта на такси буквально 10 мин без пробок и беспокойством что опаздаем. А время до вылета проводим в бизнес зале Every Lounge. Сейчас в ноябре останавливались в номере с видом на море...Дорогу переходить не надо .. Магазин Dayli типа 7-11 ( севен илевен) через дорогу.. Рынок в 10-15 мин ходьбы неспешным шагом.. Отель нас вполне устраивает...

Все отлично, если не учитывать, что 90% вида из окна перекрывает крыша. Про которую нигде, никто не пишет. Если учитывать наличие крыши, я бы оценил этот номер с видом на море на 30% ниже его цены. При этом у нас все ровно остались хорошие впечатления от отеля. Спасибо.

房間不大，但是很乾凈，有一扇小窗，洗澡水温度和空調温度都很合適，離海灘非常近，出門左轉就是海灘，附近餐廳、小吃也很多，對面是便利店，買東西很方便，酒店工作人員很熱情，積極幫忙解答我們的問題，推薦入住

Неплохой отельчик,прямо у моря,кровати удобные,номер с видом на море вообще красота,напротив отеля Топс.

Первая линия. Нормальный отель, чтобы заселиться на пару ночей после перелета. Все рядом.
