This place is beautiful. Fantastic sized rooms, super comfy beds. Very peaceful and serene. Sitting by the pool was so peaceful and relaxing. Great location - stone's thrown from the beach and close to all the shops, restaurants etc. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The owners and so helpful and kind - nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend these fabulous villas and can't wait to return. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay.

We booked this with the intent of us saving on the usual over-priced beach-front resorts we had stayed at before. SO glad we did. The villa we has was pretty big, air-conditioned in the main room. And had a decent shower and bath too! The grounds and pool are also lovely. We were in the pool 2-3 times a day. The beach is a 6-10 minute walk away, depending on which side of the Best Western Resort you go to ... and there are loads of food, drink and other activities within an easy walk. Breakfast will keep you going until lunch - and was a lovely surprise for us too. But - the best thing about Pai Tan is it's people. So kind, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would never stay anywhere else if I were to return to Bang Tao. Excellent value and lovely people.

We were shocked by our experience, especially given that the hotel wasn't exactly cheap. The bathrooms door was impossible to lock or even close- good luck getting some privacy. The water pumping device (?) used to water plants woke us up around 7 AM each day - "amazing" while you are on a holiday. The room had some ancient fridge that occasionally kept turning on and working noisily and kept us from sleeping. On one of the days we were woken up around 7 AM by crazily loud hammering. The cleaning lady didn't bother refilling our soap in the bathroom for several days. If you are vegan, don't come there, as while others will get a full breakfast, you will get close to nothing. We were forced to eat pieces of toast with jam - the hotel didn't even have any margarine and gave us dairy butter which we couldn't eat. They ended up getting vegan ham which was nice but they decided to only give us 2 small pieces each which was beyond cheap and stingy. Overall, we are disappointed and won't come back.

What a fabulous place to stay, only 3 minutes to the beach, loads of local bars & restaurants nearby. The staff are amazing, so kind & helpful, the best. We had a pool access room, kept immaculately clean & very spacious, great bath & walk in shower. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Cute cozy place, very clean. Small pool very well maintained . The staff are all very kind and helpful . 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants . August the waves are high so we did not swim in the sea only the pool . Enjoyed the stay , peaceful place to relax The lady at reception was amazing she gave good tips and could remember our names . Thank you for your kindness

This little complex consists of several villas nicely located around a pool. It is very quiet and the rooms are spacious and stylish with big bathroom and walk-in shower. It is only a few steps to the beach and to shops & good restaurants. The hotelstaff is supernice and helpful and everything is very clean and tidy. Loved my stay & would stay there again!

Very lovely place with a very feiendly owner. She knew our names from the first day- and was really helpful with everything, taxi, bike rental. The villa was clean dand tidy with a great pool. Breakfast very nice and so peaceful. Definitely will be back!

Loved our stay here. It’s a small boutique hotel in a great location and very friendly staff. Nice pool, clean rooms and good aircon I would definitely recommend this place for singles couples or families for a good quality budget stay. We’d come back

What a find, a hidden gem. I am now gutted I spent 6 days beforehand in other areas, but hey, first trip to Thailand I wanted to try 3 different places in 8 days. First stop Rawai and second stop Patong. For a family, Bang Tao is by far my favourite place I have ever been. The villas here are spacious, spotless, big and toilets exceptional in size with great shower area. Location is 3 to 4 minutes walk to all bars, restaurants and beach. I could not ask for a better place to spend my last 2 days. So much so, we are booking again for July. My kids are 9 and 5 and they just love the place. When I got to Patong I really thought that was the place but this villa alongside the area is perfection. A small private pool to share if want to stay at villa is also a very good choice. Breakfast is a choice, served not buffet. Very nice and staff are very attentative. Not much else I can say other than just book it if you are looking, I wont look elsewhere in future.
