Dlux Condominium

The room wasn’t spotlessly clean, but was great for the price and worked out well for me. Location is good, lots of local restaurants to try.

Great location, quiet, massage and food places all around, easy to get to the Big Bhudda and Wat Chalong temple. Decent residence for the price.

最重要沒有服務，如果你不需要服務的，住住OK。現在酒店旁邊在施工非常吵，如果你不介意的話可以。泳池衹到8:00不是10:00關哦。第一晚21:30入住因為房間香味過敏，半夜換房，不能延遲退房衹能續住一晚。感謝攜程一路的關心和及時處理問題！

Witam. Mielismy zarezerwowane 2 pokoje. Check in godzina 14:00. Przybyliśmy troszke wcześniej więc podeszliśmy do recepcji zapytać czy jest szansa zameldować się o 13:30. Jedna pani jadła coś i wogole nie wstała do nas jak staliśmy przed recepcją. Druga pani która stała obok zgodziła się abyśmy do 14:00 zostawili nasze bagaże w recepcji. Poszliśmy coś zjesc. Wróciliśmy koło godziny 14:05. Pani poprosiła nas o potwierdzenie rezerwacji. Po sprawdzeniu okazało się że nie ma nas na liście. Po kilku telefonach rzuciła nam jednym kluczem. Więc jeszcze raz pokazaliśmy że mamy dwa pokoje a nie jeden. Znowu kilka telefonów i w końcu dostaliśmy drugi klucz. Pokoje z widokiem na ogród….. tam nie było żadnego ogrodu tylko widok na rozpadający się budynek z jednego okna pokoju i na jakąś łąkę za którą był jakoś magazyn. Łazienka w stanie opłakanym. Brak kilku płytek pod prysznicem. Brudna podłoga. Pokoje w miarę czyste po za grzybem na zasłonach i żyrandolach. Przez 17 dni nikt nie przyszedł zmienić pościeli etc. Mój kolega w drugim pokoju miał serwis sprzątania 3 dni ored wylotem. Totalna porażka mija się z tym co jest napisane w ofercie. 應該挺好的吧，領導一直都續住沒説換個酒店，應該就各方面還是滿意的。性價比也不錯呀

We did not have a great experience here. The pictures are clearly from when it first opened and the place and rooms need a lot of maintenance. We arrived on New Year’s Day at about 9 in the morning. We knew we wouldn’t be able to check in until later but said we would go check. When I went to the desk there was no staff other than one man who obviously wasn’t reception staff as he had no idea about anything.I assume this was because it was New Year’s Day but surely have someone who can do check ins since people are still arriving. I explained that we had a booking but he kept saying they are full and we don’t have a booking. He said we had to ring in advance to confirm our booking. I showed him our confirmed booking and he just kept saying no and saying we have to call someone but did not explain who.He had no English so we were going back and forth with Google translate. This went on for about 40 minutes before he called someone and then said yes it’s fine come back at 4 to check in. When we came back we were handed a key and did not ask anything, all he had was my name so there wasn’t really a checking in process. We had a room with a kitchen. It was below average. It was small, not very clean and there was stains all over the furniture. The table was all chipped and had crumbs and dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were hard and the pilllow was non existent. We asked for extra pillows and they said they had none. Our bathroom light was also broke and constantly flickered. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked. The balcony was tiny and more just to look out as you couldn’t sit or stand on it. Also the view was literally a building site. Could hear everything outside from cars to building trucks early in the morning. While staying here we also had a woman unlock our door and come in while I was in the room on my own. She looked shocked and asked how long we are here for and I explained two weeks( this was a week into our trip) Its seemed as if they did not know we were there since the check in was so messy. The hallway was also completely flooded the day we were leaving. The only good things about the place was the rooftop pool which was nice and quite with lovely views. It was also in a good location. We did get it for a good price but I think for what it was there are so many other lovely places to stay for similar pricing.

There seems to be a lot of mixed feedback about this condo. I have stayed here a long time and can honestly say it's one of the best condos in Phuket. The 25m rooftop pool is amazing, open 08:00-22:00. Two decent treadmills in the gym, plus weights, with the most amazing view. Also, swings to chill out on, on the rooftop. Weekly housekeeping if you want it too. Very comfortable beds and amazing views from a lot of the rooms. The rooms vary in size and price (7 floors). 24-hour security. Central location, located near Chalong Circle approx 100m from HomePro and Villa Market. A short drive to many different beaches such as Kata/Karon, Nai Harn in the other direction (and Makro - a good supermarket), Phuket Town in the other direction (Sunday Walking Street Market), Naka Market/Chilva Market, Central Festival, Big Buddha (don't forget to dress respectfully if visiting Big Buddha). Also just 5km from the famous "fitness street" - Soi Ta-iad for all the gyms and fitness anyone would ever want, plus good healthy (and less healthy) places to eat such as Ali's BBQ, Pure Prep, and many, many, more.
